Mario doesn't know Jackchit. He promised me they would reimburse my bounced check fees, etc. It's never happened and as of tonight, again, I get

Anyway, I don't think they're going under.... First they've got to send Recruit to S. Africa and I'm going to beg to be taken along on that trip!

And by the way, you are welcome to come with!!! If you can fit in my suitcase, no problem! Course it might get a little crowded in there with my daughter, my brother and my mom all in there with you, but what the heck!

I stopped playing there because of lies and poor customer service...

And now 911 has taken them on as a client and is touting them as the best thing on the Internet!

Along with Absolute Poker? LOL....gee, I think I'll run over and use some of Sting's links to sign up to a new casino, maybe a pokerroom too!!

It is really sad what has happened to Grand Prive. They used to be one of the best "groups" on the internet. I played there exclusively for 2 or more years back in 2002 and on. Then, a few years ago, things really started to go downhill. I think it was this thread that someone made the comment about them just being incompetent. I'd tend to agree with that. I don't think their actions are malicious, they just don't have a clue what's going on, and they don't give a shit.

I pretty much group them in now with Casino Rewards and a few other groups that I wouldn't play at with Simmo's money, lol.

Lightbulb RE: IS IT JUST U.S. HAVING PROBLEMS

Here is why I think they are having payouts with ALL players:

I asked the head finance dept. guy: G. Williams how they had the payment procedure set up.

I said "surely you do not have all of your processors processing both u.s. and non-u.s. payments and surely they each have certain types of payments that they are processing(at the time they had several processors).

He responded no, they each processes anything both u.s. and non-u.s.

Being I have been in records management, bookeeping and hospital administration for years, I suggested that they only send u.s. payouts to processor X and non-u.s. to processor Y. I also suggested that payouts not involving ANY banking institution (other than theirs) be processsed by one processor. This would include eco card, click2pay quicktender etc..

He said that would be a good idea. I said" yes this way you know which processor is handling a players payout when they phone you (believe it or not they have to do some research to find out who is processing it).

Guess they didn't impliment my suggestions.

THEY ARE JUST NOt MANAGING THINGS CORRECTLY AND SUPPORT JUST DOESN'T GET PROVIDED THE INFORMATION SO THEY CAN'T ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS.

Why these casino groups have no management/owner contact information is beyond me. You would think they would be intrested in improving their operation.

IMO only, they haven't really cared about forum postings and reputation for quite some time now, at least two years or more. Like I said, back in 2002-2003, they couldn't be beat for customer service, payouts, attention to detail and management being on top of things. There was a huge reshuffle of department heads, etc. around 2004 and it's gone nowhere but down since then.

Just the fact that they've never cared to even have a rep on board here speaks volumes, IMO. I could be mistaken, but I seem to remember someone did sign up here and was told to close the account. This was quite awhile ago.

I am positive you guys will all get your money eventually, but really, this is one of the last groups that would ever get my business.

well when a casino starts giving bounced checks then thats a big problem.
bounced checks have nothing to do with changing banks it has to do with no money, at least thats what i think, i could be wrong though. so sorry for all the problems that the winners have i hope you all get your funds quickly before they close the doors, if thats whats happening, i guess its time for bryan to work some magic, hopefully he can find out whats going on. good luck to you all getting paid, so sorry again to you all.

Wink Hooray! One payout came in mail

I'm happy to report that one payout of $900. by check came in yesterday's mail-36 days after payout request. We'll see if it clears after depositing it tomorrow. This leaves a second payout of $500. to go, which I requested on October 5. Hopefully the processor problem for US players has been solved; we'll see.
