Don't play at Vegas Magic (rtg)

After submitting the requested security documents to manager "Jack Wells" (who knows what his real name is) of Vegas Magic so that I could cash out my winnings, I was told it was in the wrong format (the security document, not my winnings). So I have resubmitted them at least 3 times over the past 2 months in the "correct" format (naturally they didn't require any security docs to deposit) which is in the form of a jpg file, with absolutely no response. The live chat is of no help either -- they just tell me to send my docs to accounting over and over again. Below is my last correspondence with them. I strongly suggest that folks don't give this RTG ripoff joint any action.

    Cheers, tp.

    Hello xxxx,

I hope this email finds you well.

After checking the info you sent I must inform you that the word document is not acceptable as we canīt see the images in a clear format. For this reason we will not approve the fbf until you sent those docs as a .gif or .jpg. Basically until you send them on a format where we can actually see them clearly. Word is not a good tool for this purpose.
Your fbf seems to be fine so please be so kind to send me only the rest of the documents.

Please understand this is a final decision and its not open for discussion.
You may email me the information whenever you see it fit.

    Sincerely,

    Jack Wells

Proceed with caution means just that:

There is no safety net for you; this casino can do whatever it wants. They are in "cowboy town".

Obviously, they want you to play your winnings back.

Yeah, I wouldn't count on getting paid. These two sentences show their true colors:

The first sentence sounds like something they would say if they locked your account and confiscated your winnings.

The second sentence sounds like a crystal-clear "FU".

There are a few good RTG's that won't pull this crap if you win. Whether or not you can win in the first place is another matter but you should only play at accredited casinos in the future. Doing so will help drive these crappy casinos out of business.

    I agree

Yup, thanks folks -- I completely agree. Without Montana Disputes in play, I'm done with any non-accredited RTGs -- they're crooks plain and simple.

    Cheers, tp.
