    Wildjack Slow Pay

I cashed out at wildjack casino a JF group on 9/6/07 I called today to check on my withdraw and they told me it is now taking up to 30 business days which means it could take until 10/18 to get my money. Of course they do not share this information with you when you cashout. This is ridiculous. I will not play there anymore. That is absoutly the last time. I will take my business elsewhere. Whats going on with JF Mr. Brickman?

Is this just a US issue?
I requested a (small) withdrawal on the 15th, and received a cheque on the 19th.

must be but what happens is wildjack processes and then someone else send the check out. It is ridiculous. It used to only be 21 working days and you would get it in 14-18 days they just changed it a couple of days ago which probably means they lost their processor and are looking for a new one. I see Mr. Brickman has not replied.

Reply from David Brickman at the Jackpot Factory

    Hi everyone,

Yes, buzzweisergrl, we’ve updated our withdrawal pages to reflect a waiting period of 30 days. Players should be informed of this upon withdrawal and I’ll check with our financial team in regards to conveying this information.

So why does it take so long to receive a withdrawal?

As everyone is well aware, the situation with the US and online gaming is quite delicate. More and more banks are less willing to work with our processing company and issue checks relating to online gaming. The processing company we work with is doing everything they can to find alternative solutions. Since they’ve had trouble in the past with some banks they want to make sure they do their homework in terms of the banks they work with.

The change from 21 days to 30 days on the withdrawals is simply a reflection of the reality of the situation on the ground. We’ve always been honest in regards to the banking situation so we’re telling our US players straight out… it’s going to take some time to get your money. There is an excellent chance you’ll get the check in less than 30 days but it’s not something we’re willing to sign on.

Our financial department suggests using either C2P or Quicktender for your deposits and withdrawals to cut back on waiting time. If you don’t have an account with either of them, please contact our support team and they’ll be glad to assist you. Not everyone will be eligible due to various criteria, both by the casino and the payment options, but if you’ve been playing with us for 2 months and have a clean history, you should not have a problem.

Just to be clear, this issue is only affecting our US customers. I don’t want to start a political debate but here but let’s hope the US government gets their act together soon in regards to online gaming and we can all go back to the way things used to be!

If anybody has any specific questions please feel free to PM me or contact our support team at support@jackpotfactory.com

    All the best,

    David Brickman

"We’ve always been honest in regards to the banking situation so we’re telling our US players straight out… it’s going to take some time to get your money " This really bothers me.You have NEVER been honest. Its been LIES,LIES and more LIES Why 30 days?? your checks that come to the US for payment is from the same US bank as the other casinos use ,they dont take 30 days, so that excuse doesnt fly. PLEASE STOP THE LYING

There are several posts about another casino (3Dice) paying US customers in less than a week...how can they do this and others cant?

PawPrints does villento use the same bank as wildjack? you said it was only taking 8-10 days to get your check from them. So why is wildjack having a problem? And yes David when I cashed out from you on 9/6 it was still 21 working days.
