    Grand Prive having problems?

Well, this isn't really a major complaint. Has anyone had any trouble contacting Casino Grand Bay lately? I cashed out and Friday I sent my docs (ID ETC) they needed to process the withdrawal. I resent my ID and from that point on I haven't been able to contact them via email, phone, callback etc. Does anyone know if they are currently down and having some sort of problem? I couldn't figure out if it was just my email server, as it has been on the brink lately or they're just not in. It's weird, because normally I get a response from support within 10-20 mins. Maybe they are on vacation or something. I just wanted to confirm they received my ID since Friday. If anyone can get in touch with them, let me know please. Thanks you.

    Cool

I don't think they have any issues at the moment. I emailed Support this AM regarding a cashout and they just responded. Good Luck!

Thanks for the reply. I tried sending again to the Casino Grandbay address. I had been emailing Grand Prive directly. Hopefully, I get a response.

I got in touch with them and everything is ok...It must have been my email server.

    Cool

Just a short follow up to my previous comment...I hope you have received your money. Supposedly my check was mailed the 4th of September and they told me 10-14 days (I am an idiot but I like Lake Palace and thought I would give them another chance). I found out today that they lied to me (like I should be surprised) and my check was released for mailing today, so it is another 7-14 days. So, all totaled probably 21-30 days to get a check that Support originally said was MAILED the 4th. Yeah, yeah, I know, not on the accredited list (idiot for believing them) and am kicking myself!

Well, I was beginning to wonder myself. I'm just very impatient I guess. I received my one check after 14 days and got my one check a couple days later by courier. They were right on spot with the release dates. I'm just not very patient after being used to E-Wallets all those years. Waiting stinks . I'm sure you'll get them. I hate when a casino gives you a date and you find out later they sent out 4-5 days past what they told you. Very annoying. Hope you get paid quickly this time.

    Grand Prive cashouts

I have played and cashed out at ALL the Grand Prive casinos (Grand Bay, Jupiter, Bella Vegas and Lake Palace) for years and have always found them to be very responsive. In fact, I just cashed out $7200 tonight, and two hours later the withdrawal has already been flushed, upon request. I usually find it in my QuickTender account within 48 hours, and then transfer that to my bank account. Have you considered using this web wallet? (QuickTender.com) It's the old EcoCard format...you might give it a shot...sure beats waiting two weeks for a check!!

    Cool

recruit...thanks for the heads up..I asked CS if they had Quicktender and they said no. I have an account so I would have used that instead. It isn't even the money..it's the fact that they sent me an email after flushing the withdrawal that said your check has been mailed on the 4th. Then to find out yesterday it wasn't released to be mailed until yesterday at 12:56PM. That's my issue..the casino doesn't need to tell me a bunch of crap to placate me, when if the person I talked to said yes, we can use QT and it would have been done weeks ago!
