Bad policy, given that their processor is owned by the same people behind the Jackpot Factory. The processor ONLY handles payouts for the 5 JF casinos, no other clients, so it is BS to make players believe they are independent.
Perhaps this shows that the problems back in Feb for USA players was NOT a "once off" issue, but something that is going to keep on happening every time something interrupts the flow, such as the US banks finding out where the transfers or checks come from (gaming).
6 weeks is just too long to claim as "normal processing time". Postal delays are never this long unless there has been a problem that needs looking into, such as the check never having been sent.
I have had numerous past instances where the JF processor has screwed up, and each and every time I have experienced a delay it has turned out to be a problem that has cropped up which no-one at the processor discovered UNTIL they were asked to look into it. These were all Neteller transfers, so there should have been less to go wrong than with a check (yet things DID keep going wrong).
