    Wildjack once again not paying

Won't I ever learn. Played at wildjack whichi is a JF company. Won $1200 dollars and received in about 16 days. Then few days later cashed out for $600 and what a surprise. Still waiting. It will be 4 weeks on Friday that I cashed out. Never waited this long for my money except back in feb.when the money was confinscated. Finally got that in May. Anyone else having problems besides the post of extra debits being taken? They won't even entertain the idea to call the processor and make sure everything is ok until it has been six weeks. Then if there is something wrong then it will be another 21 working days. I am so glad I am no longer playing online casinos. Just want my money.

nothing better than seeing the casino reps posting on the forum and trying to take care of the players issues almost gives you that warm fuzzy feeling inside!!

    David,

Thank you for the speedy response. I told them that if I had not received my monies by Friday 9/7 that I would contact them and have them check into it. Don't understand why that can't call and find out when the check was actually sent.

Bad policy, given that their processor is owned by the same people behind the Jackpot Factory. The processor ONLY handles payouts for the 5 JF casinos, no other clients, so it is BS to make players believe they are independent.
Perhaps this shows that the problems back in Feb for USA players was NOT a "once off" issue, but something that is going to keep on happening every time something interrupts the flow, such as the US banks finding out where the transfers or checks come from (gaming).
6 weeks is just too long to claim as "normal processing time". Postal delays are never this long unless there has been a problem that needs looking into, such as the check never having been sent.
I have had numerous past instances where the JF processor has screwed up, and each and every time I have experienced a delay it has turned out to be a problem that has cropped up which no-one at the processor discovered UNTIL they were asked to look into it. These were all Neteller transfers, so there should have been less to go wrong than with a check (yet things DID keep going wrong).

I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH BUZZ

Hi Buzz, guess misery loves company. Read my thread in online casinos about JF Double Dipping. A nightmare that keeps continuing. Don't be fooled, Brickman promised me he'd get right on it too, good luck with that. These guys are in the process of reducing their name to MUD!
