I made a quick withdraw at Spinpalace after just doubled up my deposit. The Bonus was set to zero.
It's just 4 days ago, but since that time, they dont answer none of my mails.
I know, this is not a long time, but the withdraw is in "work in process" for 3 days, and normally, it only lasts one day at Moneybookers.
It's not the fact that the mon is not there yet, but that they dont answer any mails, even my first one, with an totally different issue.
Is that a good group or a bad one, the "Palace Group" ?

I wouldnt have minded as much but casinos i rarely play at have given me cash bonuses in honour of the occasions and a lot of others sent me special bonus offers and others have simply wished me well. Ironically the one ive given the most time, support and money to over the years is the one that couldnt even be bothered to send a happy birthday message
Neglect? After years of support? in my opinion yes. The one casino i actually expected to show an appreciation of their thanks was Spin Palace but never mind, all fair in love, war and casino gaming.
no candles tho, im trying to forget that bit lol
