This again shows how it is wrong to have the industry act as judge, jury, and executioner. With eCogra ruling against this, they are stating you are a fraudulent player.
If innocent, you can take eCogra to court for Libel, as eCogra are UK based. This will be the ONLY way you can ever get an independent review of the evidence. There is no real way to take Casino Rewards to task, as they are licensed in Kahwanake, although based in Australia.
It would be interesting if some of these cases could be taken further, and won, as it would establish that these "fraud" rulings are not necessarily sound, and players should have a chance of a truly independent review.
I am convinced that some players are victims of unusual coincidences, and are innocent, but have absolutely no way of being heard, as once fraud is suspected, guilt is assumed, and that any attempt to "explain" is summarily dismissed as a last ditch attempt to get away with the deception. (This is actually spelled out in the guidance at ProcCyber for their fraud detection products).
