Golden Casino refuse to pay out.

To cut a long story short, I deposited $500 at GC and wagered a bit and decided to cash out my $500 (balance was $1006 with a $500 bonus). I just didn't like the software. I didn't take a cent from them but they still requested documents. I sent them a copy of my passport and mobile phone bill which they rejected because the postal code was 2008 instead of 2007.

The problem is I moved house on the weekend and changed my bank billing address and pretty much everything else. When I lived at home I only received one bill (the mobile phone bill) so it's the only one I could use. My bank statement reflects my new address so I can't send that.

Is there a GC rep here? I just want my money back, please help me

Golden Palace is a problem? I've played there off and on and never had a single issue. With all the advertising and money they spend I would think they'd be legit. I'm new here so have I missed something?

Yoda do searches on this forum for casinos and heir respective threads before joining any! Also check out all the rogued lists and see if its mentioned on there and use only accredited. If they aernt on the list dont use em is good advice

There are as many 'Golden's as there are 'VIP' casinos. It's tough to sort them out sometimes.

It may take a while, but I think you will eventually get paid. Mine only took 5 months, a bounced check, complaint to Antigua gaming, multiple phone calls, numerous e-mails, preposterous excuses, a letter from the Justice Department, a questionnaire from the Utah Attorney General, and a partridge in a pear tree.

Other than all that I would highly recommend GC.

But, I did get paid and after 2 weeks it looks like the check is still good.
