Cant reach club world?

I have been trying to email them , and even sent them a message from the forum, about an issue, and no reply at all. Anyone else having problems getting in touch with them? Thanks

they didnt sign the email? When I belonged there , they always signed it. Now they dont even put a name? Just Club World Rep?

I wish they never sold and changed everything
