Blame the right people... it is not Lucky Nugget... It is the US Government that is causing the delay in your cashout.

The reason most casinos will not send a check to residents of the US, is that it is now illegal (as of July 1, 2007 the UIGEA went into effect) to do so.

You may receive the paper check, but the chances are that your US Bank or check cashing company will not cash it or if they do cash it the check will not be accepted (cleared) by any US Bank as it is now a Felony in the US to do so.

Good luck I hope you get your money. But if you don't, blame the right people... Blame your elected officials that have outlawed your pastime...

Thumbs down

Back to square one.
After several emails, live chats, phone calls, PM to the casino rep
(who didnt even bother to answer).
I just received an email from Bellerock saying that its okay if I want a check, they just need my bank details...............are they retard?
I forgot how many times I told em I DONT HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT otherwise I would have an Ecocard account.
Is this just a tactic to waste my and theyr time.?
Ive lost over 2K to them in 10 months never won s#it, this is my first and last ,of course, withdraw for $100 and they are making my life miserable.
What a joke.
I dont want to bother CM for 100 bux, but they would really deserve it.
They are ,IMO, worse than many rogued casinos.

They want to pay but they cant.
I have to open a bank acccount.

It should be as long as it has a routing number .
Most do you just have to ask them for it.

Hard to believe, sending a wire is just as illegal as sending a check, and the wires ARE being seized, as happened with Neteller and Jackpot Factory a while back. At least with a check you have a chance (if it is small) to cash it at a check cashing store, wires now have to have detailed sender information to make the source more transparent. (My bank told me this, as from May 14th they have to include far more detail should I wire funds to the USA, so much detail in fact, that it breaches EU privacy laws & I have to sign a disclaimer).

You might want to lay off the online for awhile, herd your nickles, give it some time. All US player funds 'out there' are at risk and have been since January.
