It has become a common complaint nowadays, even amongst the MOST reputable of casinos and casino groups. I have no doubts at all that you will get your money eventually, but it really is up to the processors. And my advice would be to stop depositing/playing once you do. Just because the casino doesn't have a big pop-up window informing you of prolonged payout delays (even though they should), you should be aware that this is the way things are now. There have been stories of people waiting months to get paid, and other stories of having the cheques "bounce" once they've been received. That is not due (in most cases) to NSF funds, but to the processor pulling out and cancelling all cheques....in the time it took for you to receive your cheque and cash it.
The 270 day grace period that UIGEA allowed financial institutions is quickly coming up, and I don't foresee things getting any better...but actually getting worse. You should also be writing to your State Representatives and voicing your support for Barney Frank's bill....you can read more about that in America The Beautiful and Casino Industry Discussion forums (I think, lol). The way I see it, that is the US's best hope of ever getting this straightened out.
