10 days is pretty normal for this calibre of operation. If you took a bonus they will be using the 10 days to look for a reason not to pay anything other than your original deposit back.
A wiser course would have been to first request a withdrawal to the amount of your original deposits, and when that cleared, ask for some more. You would have a better starting position for any fight, having at least got back the deposit amount. Leaving the rest in the account would make them think they have you hooked. No doubt the deposit would have been refunded quickly to give a good impression, and they would only start their games with any winnings. This starts with requests for documents, quite usual in the industry, but then they would use this to start delays.

Firstly, they may claim never to have received them, can't read them, or can't open them. All this while, the funds sit in your account where you are supposed to tire of the delay, and play them all back (hence problem gone away).
Next, they will look for breaches in T & C, and finally they will look to see if you are likely to be a long term profitable player. If they believe you will take the winnings and never come back, they will find a way not to pay.
If you never took a bonus, they will have little excuse not to pay, and it takes a real premier league rogue to do that, and Sky Kings are not (yet?) in that league.

Lower league "rogues" tend to rely on long delays that cause the player to lose back any winnings - so uninstall the casino to avoid this temptation. When you get paid (hopefully), reinstall to withdraw another chunk, prat around a little on a few slots (no more than $100 or so loss, or stop on a decent hit), and uninstall again.

Be polite until it becomes clear that they have no intention of paying, then go for the jugular
If they pay, remember, there are better places to play that take nowhere near 10 days to pay out.

    Processing

The casino customer support has answered that they have received the documents , and that they were legible, i sent too a document signed with all my credit card deposits. For 4 days the only thing they are saying is that the department is looking at the documents.

This sounds a little worrying that they have tampered with the table limits - perhaps they are looking for a "bonus abuse" transgression, such as placing big bets on games such as Blackjack to boost the initial bankroll.

The weekend may explain the 4 day wait, but if nothing happens by Friday (as in "still looking at the documents") then gear up for a fight.

I`ll never understand why casinos reduce the table limits of players who have already won a nice sum.

They garanty that the player will,

    a) never be able to loose his winnings back, due to the low table limits

    b) cashout and never deposit again, because he feels the casino dosnt like him

looks like a great buisness strategy...

Don't bank on it till you see it. So far, they have just refunded your deposits, why not pay the whole lot at once? (or have you not yet requested it).
It doesn't explain the severe reduction in table limits, they have you flagged for something, that is certain.

I also signed up at Sky Kings the other day - maybe we both got sucked in by an affiliate drive or something. I played mine out on Arcade/Leisure games & got lucky - so will report back on how my withdrawal goes. Am annoyed though that there is no option to refund back to my UK debit card, has to be by cheque. Seeing as the bonus was 20x deposit & bonus for me, and is sticky - i'd be shocked if refused.
