    Delays, Runaround, Etc!!!!!

Not sure if this is where I post as Im still new to this, but if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it very much. Can anyone point me in a direction that is going to get me some satisfaction?? I've had a pending withdrawal from Prism Casino since May 12th (yes I know its in the not recommended section but I've noticed some of them are looked into) I've got nothing but the runaround and many different stories as to why its being delayed from live support. Neither Chris nor accounting have answered any emails in the last month and no reply from my contact on here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Delays, Runaround, Etc!!!!!

First of all I know this casino is listed as a Not recommended one but being a fairly new depositing player I didn't know this beforehand! Even so, I've noticed that some of the not recommended casinos still had action taken on here. I've had a pending withdrawal at Prism Casino since May 12th, 2007. Since then I've gotten the runaround and stories ranging from "due to new regulations, payment to U.S. players are slow"(told Livesupport I was a Canadian player), then I got "your control number for WU will be emailed to you for sure on Friday" (didn't happen), then I got "we no longer send payments via WU" (well its nice that someone finally told me!)

So I told him to make note on my account to FedEx it! Then I got a lady who didn't know what day it was, she was shocked it was Friday and not Thursday. Now don't get me wrong, when I first started playing there I did get my first win and they paid me in 10 days and I have to be honest, they were very nice but now neither Chris nor accounting have answered any emails in over a month, nor has the manager replied to any of my messages on here. All I want is the money I won seeing as I did deposit my own money to play there.

Its heading into the 4th week and still getting the runaround and multiple stories from each person I talk to on Livesupport. You'd think I was cashing out for thousands of dollars when I'm only cashing out a a few hundred. Oh yeah, and the night I put in for my withdrawal was the night I hit a random jackpot of $14,804 and dang near died when they told me because I used a bonus coupon I was only entitled to $250. I learnt the hard way

Hi Heather, welcome to Casinomeister, from one Canuck to another. Sorry no one has answered you before. I meant to and forgot. First of all, I'm sorry you learned the hard way about max cashouts at RTG casinos if you use a bonus coupon. Still, if you've met the playthrough required on allowed games, then you should be paid. It sounds like you've already been in touch with Chris, their manager. He was on the forum a few days ago, posting in another thread, it was too bad that he wasn't directed here. In the future, sometimes it's helpful to put the casino name in your thread title. It tends to get a bit more attention that way. Anyway, here is a link to the manager's profile, you can try sending him a PM and see what happens (if you haven't already).

Make sure you direct him to this thread, and Chris, when you read this..a response would be great. You've made many replies re: the Netherlands players. This sounds like a legit case of non-payment.

If he doesn't respond Heather, I'm not sure what else you can do besides Pitch a Bitch with Bryan. You are allowed one PaB with a non-accredited casino.

In the future, if you want to play at a casino, choose one from the accredited list here. At least that way, you will have some avenue of recourse if things do go awry. And if you want to play RTG, Inetbet is tops amongst many players/posters here, including myself.

Best of luck to you, and let us know what happens.

Edited to add: Heather, I just realized that you probably PM'd this link:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...sov_manag.html

Even though that is the one listed for Prism/Slots of Vegas, as I mentioned Chris has been on the forum and has taken over those properties. That's why I posted the other link for you, as he is the VIP Lounge manager as well. Try that link, and let us know.

Thank you very much for replying PinaBaby69. I did receive an email from Prism support last night stating my WU withdrawal was approved and now I just have to wait 48-72 hours along with something about a government ID or Drivers License which shouldn't apply because I've already withdrew from there before. I haven't heard anything from Chris yet and I did send both an email and PM through here and also to the casino email. Its a shame I had to get the runaround this time because when I first started playing at Prism they were excellent to me and my first payout only took 6 business days to be approved. It took me awhile to start playing with my own money because I wasn't too sure what online casinos were all about but I'm slowly but surely learning. And last night I made my first deposit with inetbet because like you, many people have given it rave reviews. I have also been making sure any casino I decide to play at in the future is an accredited one. And again, thank you so much for taking notice of my posting, I was sure that no one was taking any interest in it but you have
And hello to my neighboring Canadian, thank you for the welcome too
