    bodog and my bounced check

well just a update on my bad check from bodog. they did issue me a new check however they did not pay me for my NFS fees or the 7 bounced checks that it has caused me. i had money in my bank account to cover my incoming checks but when the check from bodog bounced after i cashed it through my bank it set me in the red. the bank automatically took the money from my account. bodog emailed me and stated that they were sorry for any inconviences this might have caused me and told me that to fax in my paperwork and they would cover the NFS fees. well i sent in my paperwork and they did not reimburse me for anything . only a new check for the amount owed. i had 7 checks bounced checks altogather and a fee of 32 dollars for each check. i only asked bodog to cover 2 bounced checks and the 6 dollars for the NFS on theire bad check. and the 10 percent bonus in my account they promised is not added either. i sent them a email and i was very nice and asked them why? they told me to call the casino at the casino number . i will not bother with it. however i probably wont play there anymore anyway.

I'd bother with it! I'd ask for every penny of it too, then I'd go to inetbet and and do 20+ $10 spins and email Calvin a screenie along with a note stating they had lost my business for good. But that's just me. I like to play at Casinos where customer service means going the extra mile, not ripping me off for a situation their side creates. Good luck.

If they said they would cover them then they should have as long as you sent the paperwork . What about the people or utilities you gave these checks to ? were they upset ? If you have to write them a check in the future will they say no ? That can affect you in ways you don't even realize in the future . They should pay the fees and write a letter of apology in my opinion .
Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

well bodog did send me another check by fed ex. and they said on the phone it was good because i called and asked them. my bank charged me 32 dollars for each of my bounced checks eualling a total of 7, and i didnt have to worry about the bills not getting paid because the bank let my checks go thru. i just had to pay the penalty, i called bodog for my 240 dollars they owed me for bounced checks and security said if i send them the paperwork with my banking history proving that indeed i did have 7 bonced checks then they would cover it. well i did as they asked and i got a email from security at bodog and they had credited my casino account with 198.00. it was about 38 dollars short but im not gonna call them up. i dont know why they shorted me.

I see this hard to believe. They are slow paying but the slow checks are bouncing to? Show us a scan copy of the bounced check and just cover your name.

?? Last thing we (or the casinos) need is for full scans/photos of casino checks posted on an open forum ... processor, dates, bank name, address, account numbers ....

thank you lojo. i really dont feel the need to send a copy of a bounced check. i wouldnt have posted here if it had not been true. the casino issued me a new check and so far all is well. and they did credit my casino account the extra expense i was out. i only posted here to see if anyone else had gotten a bad check besides myself.

Reda, hunny nothing personal I just don't beleive your story about Bodog bouncing a check not to mention I have a very large balance over at Bodog as we speak. It's not to tuff to edit out Name, Routing to claim your post is legit. Please and I ask very nicely please email me that at tbrooks65781@yahoo.com or post it edited.

I will send you $100 if this is legit.

    I have to echo LoJo's post......GET REAL!

I see you edited it up to $100 instead of the initial $25 you posted.

The only people Reda has to prove this to is Bodog, not you.
