GRANDPRIVE PAYMENT PROBLEMS!

Grandprive is really giving me the runaround. They mailed me two checks, one I received 3 days after it was mailed. The other one was mailed one day later and I still haven't received it. It has been in the mail for 15 days.

They refuse to follow-up:

Thank you for your email.

Once it has passed the 21 days waiting period, the finance department will cancel the check
and reissue a new check.

NO way am I waiting for another check, they can send it to my eco card. I will have to send you my eco card account information at that time.

I don't believe you ever sent the first check to begin with or I would have received it

It's been 5 weeks since check was mailed, time to give them a call.

Apparently the delay was caused because Grand Prive changed processors in April. The Manager said some withdrawls were going to be late up to 21 days. I'm sure they'll pay, I have never had a problem with them until now.

Fair is fair, got my check from GP today. It took a while but, better late than never. Hope you get yours as well FoootDR.
