I have the opposite problem. They stopped sending me E-mails, no idea why (they refuse to say), but I am supposedly the wrong kind of player. They have "only" made 3,600 from me and clearly I am no longer worth encouraging, yet you seem to be worth such a lot of effort from them.
If they are eCogra seal carriers, then please contact eCogra to solve spamming issues. I cant understand why the casino simply does not have a unsubscribe link.
Wow. 3600 quids down the pipes and they ignore you. Usually its the other way around - spammed to death.
).
Perhaps they got offended when I ignored it!I have the opposite problem. They stopped sending me E-mails, no idea why (they refuse to say), but I am supposedly the wrong kind of player. This is the worst case yet of a casino disenfranchising a regular player, but resorting to prolific spam to get ever more new players through the doors.
Since they CAN stop sending E-mails, my case proves this, the fact they keep coming shows they are prepared to ignore your request to have them stopped because they perhaps believe you will eventually give in to the steady flow of inducements.
They recently obtained the eCogra seal, so a complaint can be made there. They have refused to allow a rep on Casinomeister, but I believe Bryan has contacts.
)and now we have only played at Roadhouse Reels. Our promos just stopped coming a few weeks ago and they keep telling us to check our spam. But something I found REALLY wierd was that if you go to the ecogra payout reports for roadhouse...even the current one says that thier poker pay outs are 96.70 & Table Games 97.87....which might seem ok BUT ROADHOUSE DOES NOT HAVE POKER OR TABLE GAMES
so I gotta ask...HUH??
We are having the same problem. We had not played for years after having our son (yeah the guilt is gone now)and now we have only played at Roadhouse Reels. Its good to be back![]()
Perhaps another thing eCogra ned to look at. The payout at Roadhouse Reels for anything but slots has to be 100%, no wagers, no payout. It would be a percentage derived by dividing zero by zero, an inteterminable number. This only serves to cast doubt on all the other figures, do they just make it up? Did they do this, but forget how "special" Roadhouse Reels is?
They are lying about it being trapped in spam, the exact same lie they told me. If you only used Roadhouse Reels, this makes you a slots only player with them, yet even this is not good enough, and you end up banned from promotions.
There is something very odd indeed going on there, perhaps this is how they really operate, lure new players in with the promise of tournaments and loyalty bonuses, but when they start asking awkward questions, such as why a tournament is advertised every month for three months, it never actually happens. My last contact with them was about a very nasty rule in the $66,000 tournament. Players in Euro and the Pound had to wager 1/Euro1 per point, whereas Dollar players had to wager only $1 per point (about 50p in UK terms). However, when it came to dishing out the prizes, they would be in dollars, and a Pound player would not get 50,000, but around $25,000.
After raising this point, I was promised someone would get back to me within an hour, this never happend, but I ended up being banned from all future TOURNAMENTS, as well as bonus promotions.
I wonder if they did not want to face the prospect of a pound player winning one of the top prizes, as this could have been highly damaging to them to have to face up to a complaint about this unfair wager/reward structure for non-dollar players.
All other ground for bonus bans can be ruled out. I am not ahead over the life of the account. I have played a large amount of slots rather than employing either of the usual "abuse" tactics. (big Blackjack bet, and hedged wagering). They cannot have identified a "discrepancy in the documents", since they have never asked for any. I am not banned from the casino itself, but I might as well be. There are better places to play without bonuses and tournaments; but after terrible runs recently at MG, I need all the help I can get from promotions.
