    No problems with checks

    Imcasual,

Thanks for the reply. I can tell you that in March and April I received over 12k from them in checks and had not one problem. It is the money from February that I cannot seem to get. I know it is only 1100 but I would like my money. Thinking I would receive it I played another $40 back on May 31st. and won $700. Don't think I will be receiving any of this money. Thank god I got the 12k I would have really been mad. I still want my other money even though it is not that much. Will see what Mr. Honesty has to say. So far no response from my PM or any of my post. I would be embarrased if I were him. Did you read all the post on here where we corresponded back and forth and then he proclaimed that I trashed him and told lies. I don't lie I haven't received my money like he promised.

Keep thinking this is my last word on this issue ....

...and yet something more comes to mind. Granted this was prior to our Elected Officials passing the bill that is surely for our own good (I like to think of it as the "Oops you dropped the soap" bill) but Western Union is still operational: are they monitoring activity that closely that players, perhaps up to a certain limit, could not be paid via Western Union Wire Transfer? I was paid via that method just over a year ago to the tune of $3500. Honestly, if we were to review a list of all the different names under which the online casinos and/or their representatives are "processing our transactions" the one thing most would have in common is the blatant LACK of any reference to the nature of the transaction nor the business of the merchant. Who's kidding whom here? It's beating a dead horse, I know, but it's an undeniable example of how creative they can be to ensure our deposits process smoothly then suddenly show up brain dead when somebody actually wins. I just know that I would be far more inclined to patience if they'd lose the fancy footwork.

    Reply from the Jackpot Factory

    Hi everyone,

This is David Brickman here. I can see you've all been waiting anxiously for a response from the Jackpot Factory Group.

First of all, I would like to say it is no secret that we've been having withdrawal problems with US-based players. While I have gone on the record that all Jackpot Factory withdrawal issues will be resolved, with the changes in US banking regulations there is simply no way that the Jackpot Factory can assure that every case will run smoothly – believe me I wish that were true!

I know it's no consolation to those that have been hearing this for a while now, but it's the honest truth, and I ask you again to please bear with me. I am currently investigating these latest delays and am in constant contact with many parties via private message. If you are experiencing a similar issue, please contact me and I will see that your issue gets resolved, too.

I appreciate the frustration surrounding this issue and I thank everyone for their patience while we sort out these matters.

    All the best,

    David

Hi David. Any chance you could comment on the 4th of July reference that one poster here was given? How in the world could the 4th of July have anything to do with a cashout made now? Or four months ago? The 4th of July is almost three weeks away.

That being said...Bryan has stated it over and over and over. If you are an informed US player (ie. one who reads this forum), if you choose to deposit and play, you are taking the risk of having to wait eons for your money. So you have two options. Don't play, or wait. Or the casinos could just lock out all US players. It may come to that yet, if it comes to the point where there are no reliable payment options left.

I'm still not sure I entirely understand what's with the payments from four months ago? This should have been corrected by now.

    Money Received

    David,

Just wanted to let you know that I received both of my checks today 5/18. Please do not cancel any checks and reissue. I would like to thank you for your time and attention to my situation. You must know that this had been very frustrating. If you already issued a cancellation please let me know so that my checks do not bounce.

    Thanks,

    Kim
