No More EcoCard Withdrawals says Grand Prive???

More confusion....I made a $7459 withdrawal today in Bella Vegas, and wanted to use my EcoCard account for the first time. I did the withdrwal, the cashier page said it was "successful" but I called the casino, just to make sure I had entered everything correctly, given that this was my first ECO withdrawal. the casino rep told me everything was in order, flushed my withdrawal and I got off the phone a happy camper.

Not five minutes later, I got the following email from the casino. No more EcoCard withdrawals. CHECKS ONLY. On top of that, when you make a withdrawal, you have to choose if you agree to the $50 courier fee, should you elect to have a check couriered to you. (Some wording about, "if we are unable to process to your method of choice and have to send a check, please check here if you want to pay the $50 courier fee....") So, I checked yes, I would pay for the courier charge. The same thing happend recently with a Big Dollar withdrawal. Seems this is just a $50 "gift" to the casinos, as THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A COURIERED CHECK ANYMORE...at least not with Grand Prive. Sigh......please tell me no one has had a Grand Prive check bounce recently?? They did say that it should only take 10 days to reach me, allot better than the 21 days Jackpot Factory is quoting...

    Dear Tami,

    Thank you for your mail.

    Congratulations on your winnings.
Your cashin for $7,459.00 has already been flushed.

At this time, we are unable to refund to EcoCard. All cashins to the USA will be refunded
via check, this is currently the only refund method.

Wow - you're saying it took almost a month to recieve the check?? (W/D on 3/29 and no check until APRIL 23rd????) That is really a long time, especially when they are quoting ten days. My Big Dollar check got here really quickly (less than 7 days) and they are also part of Grand Prive, but....who the heck knows. I just wish all the support staff were on the same page - I HATE getting conflicting responses.

    Smile Payment from Grand Prive

    recruit,

I play at Grand Prive (Grand Bay). I have received 3 checks from them within 7 days of receiving their phone call the check was mailed which usually only takes 3-5 days. You should see it within that time I'm sure. No checks have bounced here. In fact, they are the fastest paying casino I've discovered that still accept US players.

    Good Luck and fear not!

    Cool

I had a Grand Prive withdrawal that took a month and was by check and a Casino Rewards that took 2 weeks. Both checks were from the same bank sent 2 different days and I received them both on Monday April 23rd. I wish you much better luck!
