what is this....First he takes ALL my winnings AND balance! then I am threatened by him that he has closed my account...and then I get this e-mail?! But eveyone read carefully!! It says "No max playthrough" and "no max cashout"...but... at the bottom, in fine print it reads "Play bonuses are not cashable"!!! This "casino manager" is the biggest scam artist around!!
