    Bodog getting slow to pay....

I won $1,020.00 (mostly from craps game) and cashed out on April 13th. I was told it would be processed on April 16th....then it became, it will be processed after 2 checks had cleared from a deposit on March 26th. Those 2cleared on April 16 and they are now saying:

Thank you for contacting Customer Service. We sincerely apologize for the
inconvenience of our current Instant Check deposit delays. We have learned from our
third party processor that current pending Instant Check deposits will take another 10
business days to clear, which has affected a large number of our clients.

Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and we will work extra hard from a
customer service standpoint to win back the respect of you and the rest of our
    clientele.
If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

reda, I have been playing there for the last 3 months, and if you dont request a withdrawel thru western union, ALL of their checks have taken almost 30 days to reach my house.I dont think you have to worry about being paid.(they really should update their website to 30 days for checks).

    Eduun....

Yes, you are correct. The first few times I requested a cash out with Bodog they were processed through Western Union within 3 or 4 days. This time I requested the same thing but because...they are saying a few online checks have not yet cleared..it is taking longer. The checks cleared my checking account more than 2 weeks ago. I just contacted Bodog by telephone and they are saying that I should fax a recent copy of my checking account statement showing the checks have cleared. They will then process the withdrawal. Hope that is the end of this wait.

I know this thread is regarding slow payments from bodog, but thru western union there is no other casino that pays faster!!!! right now it is the casino that I play at the most due to their fast and free payments!!!

    Reda..

If you call Bodog at there 800 number and specifically request it be processed via Western Union they will more than likely comply to your wish. Then within a day or 2 or 3, Bodog will e-mail you the information you need to pick up the check at Western Union. In my case, my local large grocery store will process it for me and the store even asks if I would like to cash the check at there store....and of course I say sure please do. You do not have to specify to Bodog which Western Union location you would like to pick up the check at. At Westernunion.com you can determine which location is most convenient for you.

By the way....my Bodog cash out was processed today...after faxing info ref. to my credit card statement and proving that online checks had in fact cleared. Apparently the 3rd party financial service Bodog uses to process the transactions is not able to verify quickly?

    Hope this helps.
