    Virtual Group Withdrawal Fees

It's been awhile since I played at the Virtual Group. Yes, I am aware of their history. However, I had a left over bonus and recently finished up the wagering on it. I did quite well and ended with a with a large balance. After 1-2 weeks, my withdrawal was received in my bank account, but $75 was missing. Support tells me that they charge $48-$75 for withdrawals of this size (low 4-figures). They say this is standard for the industry. Online casinos don't charge for deposits, but they do charge for withdrawals. Their website seems to tell a different story and says the withdrawal method I chose is free.

Industry standard? Yeah, right. Assuming your withdrawal was by wire transfer, I can't think of any casino that would charge a fee anywhere close to $75.

It's also very shady to mislead the player about the assessing of this fee.

Yet another reason not to play at Virtual, as if one needed it.

This is standard for the rogue industry. LOL they even state on their homepage that withdrawals are free. Call that a rogue tax. 'Good casinos' NEVER charge for withdrawals.

Only Zipang casino has ever charged me for a Neteller withdrawal, which was about 2%. If you withdrawed 1k, then Zipang would charge $20 or if withdrawed 2k then it would be $40. But in this case the casino states that the withdrawals are free so they should not charge anything. Period.

The good thing is that you got paid.
