Hey Casinomeister, what'cha think about this???

    Bryan,

Given all the endless posts with mass confusion and chaos seeming to reign supreme over U.S. withdrawal situation these days, why not host a live, open discussion with your contacts from the main casino groups that seem to involve the majority of complaints (Jackpot Factory, Big Dollar, Riverbelle, etc.) and let them address our concerns on this forum? I don't know if you have the capability to set something like this up on your site, but if we had casino reps giving us (hopefully) honest answers in a public forum such as this, it might go a long way in re-instilling a LITTLE confidence ...based on reading recent posts, PM's are not always being reponded to and front line support is useless in most cases, as THEY are clueless from one day to the next.

    I don't know, just a thought...................

While a good idea, it would probably not happen. When too many unhappy participants show up to a public discussion (especially a live one), it tends to turn into a shouting match which in turn turns into a full on riot. The risks of that happening outweigh the benefits the casinos might gain.

The process in place is probably as best as it needs to be right now. Bryan is very rational, reasonable and calm when dealing one on one with a casino on a particular issue. He is also very good at updating threads with current information. The only REAL issue that may exist on a casino to casino basis is whether a casino is intentionally delaying payments, or whether a casino is trying everything possible to establish new payment processing systems.

In the former, a casino can just lie and use the 'current climate' to justify the delay. In the latter, there's no way we can ever have access to their internal system, so we have no way of knowing whether they are lying or not. Neither of these states are a win, so just letting Bryan do his thing is the most productive choice right now. All I can say is that when the dust settles, the casinos that took no action will reveal themselves and lose customers. the ones that deliver and re-establish themselves as stable will win customers. Consumer power is the greatest when there is balance. There is no balance right now, so our power is diminished, leaving in its wake dispair and frustration. Only time is going to repair this and re-establish balance.

Great thought because I too have had PM from casinos rep either returned very late or after the information has already changed. Seems the reps are a "little" behind on whats is going on with players accounts or at least give that appearance in their returned PM emails if returned. I don't see a live session either because it would be a witch hunt but it would be about time River Belle and others made another public posts since they smoke screened us on the 03/07/07 posts!

Have you gotten your $8k yet? I know you said it was returned into your player's account. Did River Belle process it to ecocard or whatever?

    Hey Itoldyouso,

No! River Belle stated they sent to C2P on the 9th. Should see in another 24-48 hours. Left my latest conversation with support at the River Belle thread. I know one thing my days of chilling out and trying to ease the stress of the day will not be with online gaming!!

    Thank You!!

I tend to agree. Nice idea, but the above is probably correct. I cringe every time I see a rep getting blasted in a discourteous or rude manner as you just know it will put them off participating, and their participation is a major strength of the forum here IMO. After all, If you were a rep for a company that had cocked up, would you want to take abuse publically? Probably not.

    Honest answers...from casino management?!

I find it very hard to believe there would be ANY honest answers by these "casino managers" to ANY of our questions!! Andre Rossi manager of PALACE OF CHANCE,. just completely closed my account because he "received a complaint from casinomeister"!
He wiped thousands of dollars out of my account... I understand their "T & C rules" but I won the money fair and square!! If he wants to punish me for letting everyone know how crooked his operation is I want a Full refund on all deposits made! since he wont pay...how about just paying me back! (in my dreams i guess...but it is a thought!)

Let's not let an agenda get the better of us. A number of these "casino managers" I have know for years. Sure there are managers who leave a lot to be desired, there are just as many who are professional, dedicated, fair and reasonable. Don't lump your bad experience into a pit of negativity.

As long as people control themselves, casino reps usually have no prob posting here and giving their input/assistance. Most of the members here understand this.
