    I cant believe this!

    Hi Everyone;

    I'm so upset I cant see straight. Ive posted about my winnings of $2,800.40 at the Jackpot Factory VIP casino that I won on February 22, 2007 and made a withdrawal, which I hardly ever do I usually forget where the cash out button is, but anyway Ive been told so dam many stories and excuses why my funds have not reached my bank yet. Well to make a long story short my 31 working days is up on April 3, 2007 and I even talked to someone on the phone on Friday March 30, 2007 and was told that my funds will be in my bank on April 3, 2007. I sent email today and didn't get any replies so after about 4 hours of waiting for a reply I called again and was told again that my funds will be in my bank April 3, 2007 I even asked the woman if she was sure of this and she said yes, well I was happy. I just received a reply to the emails I sent eariler today and this is what they are saying now:

    We have passed on your question and details to our financial department for immediate investigation, and will contact you as soon as possible with a resolution.

    So I just got off the phone again and they are saying that they are investigating all of February's withdrawals. I had to hang up on the woman or I would of started screaming at her.

    it is going on everywhere goodie i have been waiting on mine from golden palace since jan15 amount is 19,845.00 suppose to get fedex friday slowly they are getting them out believe me i know how you feel

    OMG thats a great amount of money, I'm crying about 2,800.40 if my winnings were as large as yours I would be talking to myself by now.
    Its bad enough that we aren't getting paid, but to be lied to just makes my skin crawl we are all grown ups and there isn't any reason to lie and now the excuses are really getting stupid. Why would they be investigating just February's withdrawals? Its a stupid excuse and like I told the woman tonight if this were true then why didn't they contact me in advance to tell me about the investigation of February's withdrawals. She just got real quiet thats when I hung up its not her fault and I was so mad god only knows what I could have said to her. Well I really hope you get paid and soon.

    what has happened is when new law went into effect they had to use prcessors some would send checks then pull out before you could cash it and it would bounce or some wouldn't even deal with u.s.a. accounts see casino is in one country processor in another country bank is in another country and whole lot of not talking with one another alot of time casino wouldn't even know the check bounced till player called what they are looking into if there is a check floating out there believe me i know how you feel i was told 6 different dates in emails and more over phone feel like pulling your hair out we all will get our monies just going to take some time i have been noticing people saying they got there monies

    Exclamation THEY HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATING FEB. WITHDRAWALS SINCE MID MARCH

    Read the posts regarding Jackpot Factory delays, there is a post regarding feb withdrawals made by the casino rep.

    I cashed out 800.00 on 2/27 finally received payment but in the form of check. took over 21 days.

    I was leary of the check but they assured me it would be honored. Still waiting for it to settle with my bank.

    I have a feeling they changed processors again after my check was received. Hope they aren't going to make you wait all over again. I didn't receive the emails they sent. Even though the "TEST " email I had support send while on the phone with them reached my email account thus fine.

    They better hope their processor makes good on my check, because I am going to charge them a return check fee in addtion to the fee my bank will charge. THAT IS MY POLICY.

    I DON'T TRUST ANY INFORMATION THEIR SUPPORT GIVES. BELIEVE ME THEY HAVE NO CLUE REGARDING YOUR WITHDRAWAL AND GETTING THEM TO CONTACT THE PROCESSOR IS IMPOSSIBLE. You may well receive the payment as stated.

    BUT, on approx. 3/10 they gave me the same "investigating feb withdrawal" bull. So call them constantly, and pm the rep David Brickman listed on this website. However, he never responded to my last PM

    good luck to you and all of us.THESE PLACES BETTER NOT RUIN MY BANKING RELATIONSHIP

    Yes Ive read posts that people are getting checks and they are bouncing or the account was closed. They didn't send me a check they are suppose to put it into my checking account. On the same day of my withdrawal I asked them if I could reverse my withdrawal and put it into my ECO card and they advised me not to because thing would get confusing for the financial department.

    Im glad you got something out of them. As for sending David private messages on this site, Ive sent him now 4 private messages that I have not got any replies to. Its unprofessional and down right rude. Well I to hope we all get paid and I pray that I get up in the morning and my funds will be in my bank that would be great.

    i don't think they are lieing on purpose they are going by what is on the computer in front of them and they are only given so much information i know it looks like that (they are lieing) just like my fedex was told it was sent to processor on the 28th of march asked for tracking# was told won't get those for ten days and i said well by then i will have check in hand so what is the use they need to come up with better system as far as information

    many many withdrawals

    i bet the number of withdraws are staggering and they have to deal with that at same time don't get me wrong they knew this was coming down pike they should of had better plan in place but i don't think they knew it was going to be so huge believe me i am very pissed about it

    I do not think they are lying on purpose either... I believe this is 'processor-related' and they are getting the runaround from that end. My bet - that THEY feel the same way about their processors that YOU are feeling about them right now.

    Just a guess - but since this seems to be happening across the industry and not just at Jackpot Factory (who had a sparkling reputation before all of this) - I think it's fairly accurate.

    Hope everyone gets paid sooooooooooooooon!
