JACKPOT FACTORY VIP SUPPORT NOT ANSWERING EMAILS

Is anyone else having trouble getting a response to emails sent to vipsupport@jackpotfactory.com

I have not been receiving replies to my emails.

Also, has anyone been receiving their ACH payments? I am still getting the runaround

    Reply from the Jackpot Factory

    Hi footdr,

David Brickman here, the JF Spokesperson.

I just got off the phone with our VIP support manager, who informed me that according to their records, they have indeed responded to you. I’m sorry that you’ve not received the responses, and wanted to let you know that a casino manager would be glad to call you personally. Just let us know the time and number that you can be reached at.

I obviously understand your frustration with the processing delays and I want to let you know we are working tirelessly to make sure that you get your winnings ASAP. Please bear with us. As stated on this forum before, all Jackpot Factory players will get paid and we're working hard to ensure it will be in a timely manner.

    All the best,

    David

    THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY

Mr. Brickman, this is so strange. I just phoned support and asked them to attempt sending me an email while I was still on the line with them.
She sent a "test" email to me. It came through no problem.

I can find no reason why I would not have recieved the emails. How strange, I will contact msn/hotmail in attempt to find out why non of the previous emails were received. Supports email address is on my safe list so there should be no filter problems.

At any rate, she also informed me that there is no confirmation from the processor that I have been paid. Tomorrow will be 30 days since I cashed out. The 30th will be 22 days since I received the first email stating my withdrawal had been processed and to allow up to 21 working days for payment to be received. So unless my withdrawal sat with the processor for 3 weeks without them taking any action on it I would expect payment should reach my bank by March 30th at the latest.

However, support indicates it may be sometime in April. It would be wonderful if someone could tell me if the processor has actually transmitted payment to me. Any assistance you or management can provide is greatly appreciated.

Your Jackpot Factory experience scares me...

FootDr, I read your post with interest...I too have a large pending ACH withdrawal with Jackpot FActory. I too, have been told it has been "processed" via ACH - and I too, have been told about the "21 working days" for payment...(which is utterly ridiculous in my book, since so many other casinos can accomplish this in a matter of days, but don't get me started)

Please let me know what you find out from them, and when/if you get paid. For the record, I have always gotten very timely email responses from JF...

I have 2 pending withdrawals of $4000 each with Jackpot Factory. They stated that the first was processed on 3/18, and the second on 3/22. I requested ACH withdrawals for both, and have had previous withdrawals paid via ACH from JF. I also received the same emails and responses from JF as other posters.

The good news.......In todays mail was a $4000 check for my first withdrawal, payable through CitiBank. I assume their ACH problems were the reason for the payment by check versus ACH, though this was not communicated to me.

Hang in there and get the JF rep involved, if need be. They are a reputable casino group, and I truly believe we will all be paid.

I HOPE that's good news, although based on some of the other recent posts with regard to Big Dollar and Grand Monaco, these "CitiBank New York" checks are not always clearing....seems if they change processors mid stream, the account on which the check was written will be closed. (see previous post re:Grand Monaco...that member has one angry check cashing place coming after her for a check she cashed there that was no good) One would think that the larger casino groups would not pull such a stunt, but anything's possible. I am waiting on my $7000 withdrawal from Jackpot Factory, which I too requested via ACH...holding my breath!

I have been sending regular support emails and they haven't replied either .

Thumbs down STILL HAVE NO RESPONSE TO ANY JACKPOT FACTORY EMAILS

I think I was to quick to dismiss this issue(see posts) above.

I have not recieved any response to my emails since 2/27/07. I get their promotions and I had support (while on phone with them)send a test email. Which I got.

So I don't believe they ever sent the emails that the rep stated were sent in his post above.
