I think I may know what is happening to our cash ins at these casinos..... Neteller had held up so many players funds that ......everyone started doing chargebacks ,,not just to neteller ,but to their banks ..credit cards etcetera ...therefore they are not paying players and trying to recoupe their losses ...as well they do not care because they know that US players are soon to be extinct ...WALA there it is .... ANYONE ..be honest done a chargeback to neteller ..i know many are threatening to and I am certain some have by now ..I can't blame them ...!

Neteller are shortly to announce results to Dec 2006, this will give the first indications of how the new law has hit them, however, of far more relevance will be the quarterly updates for end March 2007 and end June 2007. If there has been significant levels of chargebacks, this will show in the figures.

There have been many questions asked, and threats made, about chargebacks, but players know that going ahead will endanger any pending cash-ins. It may take another widescale breach of promises to trigger a wave of chargebacks. The next couple of weeks could well be it, as many US players have been promised long standing cashins by March 28th, and if these are not paid on or very close to that date I expect some players will decide to instigate chargebacks so they can put an end to the matter and get out of online gambling altogether.
The recent pull out by Neteller from Canada may also cause a player led reaction, because unlike the US pullout, there seems absolutely no logic behind it given information currently in the public domain. One scary possibility is that the DoJ have something to do with this, despite the fact that Canada is none of their business.

I believe the Canadian pull out has something to do with the US North American Union Agreement. Both Canada and Mexico will be subject to the same laws as US in the near future.
