You know you do the research and try to pick a reputable secure casino. Thats what I did. I saw eCogra among other things including pay out terms on River Belle and thought now that got to be a good one. I deposited almost $15,000.00 via US credit card and won $8,000.00 on 02/11/07. Upon withdraw of ACH same as thier web site stated 3-5 days to reflect in account. Well, today is the 20th day I remain unpaid. River Belle has given me three different ACH processing dates and numerous stories. Now they claim they processed on the 20th and will have in 3-8 business days. Today is the 9th business day and no payment. However, thier web site still states ACH payments at 3-5 days. Now they are telling me it could be another 21 days from the 20th and possilbly another 21 days if they have to mail a check let alone the overseas check clearing. Buyer Beware unless you want to wait 51 days plus to recieve your winnings and still wait for overseas check to clear do not play at River Belle and affliates. I understand the laws are making things real tough but if they can't pay US citizens in a timely manner they should not take our money. In addition, they should not be allowed to continue to false advertise thier payout terms not only on thier web site but within the casino check out.

Truth
MG casinos are not able to OFFICIALLY pay US players through any means. Currently, they are playing "Russian Roulette" with player's funds. They use methods of getting the payments past the US banking "blacklists". Once the US banks find out that a payment represents a gambling transaction, they shut down that particular route. Casinos then simply open up another route. This trickery is what forms the backbone of the laundering charges against Neteller. They got past voluntary bans by US banks by disguising the payments by using third party intermediaries to make the transactions not look like ones for gambling. ALL methods being brought out currently are based on fooling the US enforcement systems. ALL such methods will work till the US banks find out about them, at which point they will freeze the methods, and in many cases the money that is still en route.
The ONLY method that has long term potential for the US player is one that does NOT involve the US banking system at all - which is somewhat dificult, as there has to be at least one point of contact with the system - when the player first places money into the online gaming world, and when they finally want the dollars back in the states to spend on something in the real world. The casinos are prepared to do this, because if caught out, it is the PLAYER that suffers the inconvenience or loss, the CASINO would have been liable to pay out the win anyway. The only thing that damages the casino is if too many players realise that withdrawing is far harder than the casino makes out. If the norm is 21 days for payment, the casino shoud reflect this on the banking page. Holding to the current 3 to 5 days in publicity is giving players a false sense of security in that they are lead to believe the casino is not being affected by the current legal problems. One sign that a casino REALLY is having fundamental cash issues would be if non-US players playing in the Euro or Pound find long delays in their withdrawals (beyond the usual level of BelleRock incompetence), as the US situation ONLY affects US players and players withdrawing in the US Dollar.

I stopped gambling online for the very reason of the fear of not getting paid due to the new bullshit laws.
Any little chance that an online casino has to keep your money they ABSOLUTELY will. And the bottom line is that you really have no recourse. Pitch a Bitch with Bryan and see what he can do for you. Possibly with his weight with online casinos, you may just get lucky. I'd like to take a baseball bat to some of these assholes that cheat players. ![]() |

Well, at least I am glad to see the word is getting out. After reading all this I have decided it is time to stop online gambling. It appears there is no easy way to get paid and aren't the U.S. banks going to start reporting people who have online gambling winning that the U.S. bank catches and sends back? That is all we need. Besides loosing money get reported. Maybe this BS will finally get me to stop playing online with companies that have very little morals.
