Can you help me with SilverSands Casino?

    Hi, casinomeister users.

I have problem with Silversands Casino. I deposit 100£ on 4/12/2006 and got deposit bonus up to 200%. I played and won pretty nice! Everyting went fine and i sended faxback and document to them and got REPLYES to my emails. I started to wait my cashout and 9/1/2007 i saw that they had tryed to pay my winnings two times but somehow Neteller status was declined so i didnt got my money.

Them, i tought cause sure i'd would have had need to that money right then . I sended email query that they could make a payment again cause i hadn't received it. After that i sended another email and after that a third one and so on...

I haven't got any replyes after that to my several emails? Totally silence. What should i do? These is screenshots from my casino account and neteller:

    happo1,

I am in the same exact situation, although my withdrawal is dated back to the first week of December 2006.

I have called them every single week for the past two months about this and they have always told me they "are having problems with Neteller".

I got fed up, so two weeks ago I gave them my bank details and asked them to wire the funds instead. They did not follow through. Every time I ask for the accounts manager they mumble something and tell me everything should be working fine in a few days.

This is simply unacceptable. I will try Mousey's suggestion. Please, if anyone has gotten paid from Silver Sands recently or has the same problem, post in this thread.

    Thanks, Mark.

Was that a joke? You certainly can't expect "Oliver" to respond. He never does.

Just curious, could it be because of the currency conversion?

It's hard to think that there could be any problem with currency using neteller, i never have had any problem?

I contacted to Oliver Curran but i havent got reply I made complaint to Hansings now http://disputes.realtimegaming.com/, lets see if they can do anything about this problem. Mark thanks for reply, could you post another one if Oliver C reply to you? Would be interesting to know. I will keep you posted if i get more information or if i even get paid soon...

    three obvious questions

    1) have you met the WR in allowed games
    2) are you trying to withdraw sticky element of a bonus (many have them you need to check)
    3) have you honoured all terms and conditions

All 200% bonuses come with pretty complex restrictions with rare exception and are generally sticky bonuses (i.e. the bonus is for wagering purposes only). You have not made it clear you have kept to their terms so lets not jump the gun folks. Its true that Email support should not deteriorate for withdrawls but I would strongly recommend checking junk mail folders. Often withdrawl replies get send by a different e-mail address and sometimes they get put in junk box even though other mail gets to main folder.

It is possible that you are just gettting screwed a round but it seems way to early to tell from what you have said.

Yep, met all the WR and then some. Followed the sign-up bonus T&Cs to the letter. Support even told me I had qualified for cashouts.

I have been calling them every week and getting the same reply "we are having problems with Neteller". I ain't jumpin no gun! It's been 3 months!

Happo1's situation is essentially the same. We are being screwed around with.

That URL is interesting. If you'll notice the "Connecting to" and "transferring data from" while the page is loading, it's still going to Montana...but yet when the page loads, it's Hastings

At no point does it transfer data to/from a site other than Montana's website. wtf?

It also seems that both montanaoverseas.com and disputes.realtimegaming.com are hosted on the same server. I thought Hastings would be a 3rd party?

Hastingsbv.com is on a totally different network altogether. What's quite interesting is the fact that Hastingsbv.com is registered as a private domain. No information is given in a "whois" search. The only thing I could find out about their site is that it's hosted in Canada.
