    Hot Pepper casino

Has anyone out there ever played at Hot Pepper casino? I have been playing there for about a month and really like it. However I have made several small withdrawals in the last week and cannot get anyone there to answer me about the status of these withdrawals. I have not heard anything bad about them, so far, and they have not denied me my winnings, just certainly not rushing to send them. Is there some new issue about sending checks to U.S. players? I did not know about it or is it just certain casinos?

I have no iknowlage about Hot Peper casino...SOme Casinos take for ever to pay up some pay in seconds.

If you read around this sight and others you will find there is all sorts of troubles with US players getting there money. Our Government is being a HUGE pain in the ass right now!

I have had one casin that normaly had paid to my online account in about a day or two has taken over a month. Another one's bank decided not to honour the check they had sent even tho the money was there.

Yea...there are some troubles paying us players.

    Good luckl

Elizabeth, you might want to phone the casino and verify your withdrawal(s) and withdrawal method. As Slugo said, yeah, there's just a teensy weensy problem for U.S. players right now.... Having said that, I've played and cashed out at Hot Pepper in the past and believe them to be reputable.

It might be a good idea that U.S. players make it a habit of contacting the casino prior to depositing to find out if/how/what method of withdrawal is working at the moment. Some casinos are saying flat out that they have no way to pay players right now. Unfortunately, the current situation is very volatile and demands players stay on their toes if they value their gaming money.

I'll rephrase myself then... I have played and cashed out at Hot Pepper, in the past, before the UIGEA, before NETeller shut U.S. players out, and was paid without a hassle and therefore believe that Hot Pepper will at least make attempts to pay Elizabeth. But I highly recommend that she phone the casino to see exactly where the casino stands on these withdrawals.

Many casinos (MGs included) are letting U.S. players deposit and play with no immediate solution as to how to pay them should they wish to withdraw.

check out http://www.certifiedfairgambling.com/, it says there at the bottom of the page
Do any casinos post the CFG seal without permission?

Yes. Unfortunately graphical images are easy to copy over the Internet. In every case, CFG contacts casino management and requests they either allow CFG auditing services or remove the CFG seal.

The following casinos are currently using the Certified Fair Gambling Seal without permission or auditing services:

    www.stanleyvipcasino.com
    www.hotpeppercasino.com
    www.fireandicecasino.com
    www.casinobleublancrouge.com
the same thing happens when you click on the antiguagaming seal on http://www.casinobleublancrouge.com/ click the seal there

    Not to mention:

    Alert!
You have accessed an outdated VeriSign seal verification page.

This page cannot confirm that this Web site is a current VeriSign customer.
You should investigate the Web site's security before transacting with it.
As far as hotpepper, Stay away from this place as far as you can:

All on line games produced by Hot Pepper Casino are audited for fairness of play by independent third party gaming expert, Dr. Eliot Jacobson, Ph.D, whose gaming audit and analysis services are available through www.jacobsongaming.com and www.certifiedfairgambling.com. These audits are undertaken on a monthly basis.
They're claiming they're being audited by a place that comes right out and says that they're using the seal without permission?

Why hasn't this casino been rogued yet?

    Response

    Group,

I continue to audit several casinos on behalf of Certified Fair Gambling, taking over the services originally provided by Michael Shackleford. These audits are conducted monthly. I stand behind each casino I audit for the fairness of its games.

I have never audited the games at Hotpepper; they are using the "Certified Fair Gambling" seal without my permission, as are the other casinos indicated in the notice I posted on my page. Because of this, I have no comment on the fairness of the games at any casino in this list. I made several attempts to contact management of these casinos about this issue. I contacted Michael Shackleford about this issue, and he told me this was an ongoing problem he faced with several on-line casinos.

I am continually looking for casinos that are using the seal without my permission; the list indicated on the Certified Fair Gambling website is current.

    With best regards,

    Eliot

Why not bring legal action against these casinos that are using your seal, instead of just listing them on your website?
