I think I got screwed, please help
I am a US player and I withdrew my winnings from an MG casino a while ago. I was told to provide a few documents for authorization and I would have my money sent to me. I sent the necessary documents and was notified a few days later that my money still could not be sent to me (I had requested they send a check). A couple of days ago I got a call from their banking dept. giving me a few different options of payment and I chose to have them wire it into my checking account. I supplied the necessary info for them to do this. Now I get an e-mail stating that the only way I can get my money is if I have an EXISTING click2pay account or if I know someone with one. I wasn't aware that a click2pay account was required. I have a neteller account but that's supposedly no good. I am very confused. I am fairly new to all of this and sorry if I sound stupid or am repeating other peoples' problems but I'd really like to know what's going on and if anyone has any advice? Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.

Neteller is no longer an option for US players (ever since the founders got arrested). The accounts are all locked.
Click2Pay is no longer allowing new customers from the US to sign up. Some (possibly all) MG casinos are experiencing problems getting their check and ACH payments to US customers. The payment processors are apparently under pressure to cease transactions involving gambling, thus checks are being returned uncolectable and ACH's are not going thru. I think you will have to wait until the casino comes up with a new payment processor. |

Thank you for replying. So your advice would just to be to try and wait it out for another option, huh? Oh well, this sure has put a damper on online gambling, guess I better just stick to Indian reservations. If anyone else has any other suggestions I am all ears. Thanks again.

i've seen a lot of MG casinos that allow the ECO card for deposit, but I'm not aware of ANY that allow you to withdraw to your ECO card so what good is that?
