WINWARD confiscated my winnings...multiple accts? WTF?

My withdrawal was suppose to be processed 2 weeks ago, but they made me send in my documents twice. This week, it was suppose to be processed again (I confirmed on Sunday), but they said something was wrong with my account. So they told me to talk to the accounting manager. This is what I receive:

Quote:
Dear x,

Please note that we have just transferred your original deposit amount minus the NETeller fees to your NETeller account:

NT12798023
Dec 13 12:09 PM

x
Accepted
$240.25 USD

Your Winward Casino account has been disabled due to opening duplicate accounts at Winward Casino from the same IP address.

Best Regards,

Cristie
I never opened more than one account with them. They are lying, all for an excuse to pay me $260 in winnings. Before you grill me for playing here, yeah, it was a risk, but lots of people got paid, so why not try?

Update: I got paid at 1:50PM EST, 45 mins after I put up this thread. Thanks everyone.

I would. There's no reason for them to take that money, because you weren't in the wrong.

High Risk

Oddly enough, I played there after being directed there by a link for a "dead" casino. On registering, I found UK was not supported so I told them I would not continue. They then told me to lie about my country, and then they would change it to the UK later. I did this, and eventually decided to risk it (probably foolish!) with $500. I made the WR and was able to enable my bonus, but astonishingly one had to withdraw in order to play with the bonus money. I did so, retrieving my initial deposit. I then won another $500 with the bonus. I got paid fine, so I concluded the casino was OK. I deposited more, but after a software upgrade the trouble started. It was pretty much unplayable, and then the CS screwups started. Constant ignored E-mails, and a locked account (due to it being inactive). My final withdrawal was never processed, and all further e-mails were ignored. It took about a year to find a route to contact with them (shouldn't that be the job of their CS?), and get my miserable $20 or so out.
At this point, I decided they were not so good after all, and recent postings about Winward are reinforcing the view. They also have bespoke software (Parlay), which is crap, and are based in Ireland at Winward Hall. They have a bingo site, and I believe another casino. They ONLY process withdrawals on working Mondays, again pretty crap.
