More examples of BelleRock

Here is another example of BelleRock top notch CS!!!!

1) I deposited for the UK only Right Royal bonus.

2) The deposit reflected in the account, and I logged off.

3) I claimed on the website claimform

4) Next day, I got the claim back:-

8) However, I then got this that directly contradicted the previous email

At this point, the red mist cleared, but I am annoyed at the total LACK of a human being in this entire affair. Have they now gone robotic entirely at CS HQ?

All replies were from "Sebastian", the "Oliver Curran" of RiverBelle. I wonder if he is an advanced model, or a prototype! From what I have seen, they would be better off getting hold of a few RoboSapien Mark II for the new year

Yes you do, no you don't.... I'm sorry, but this is hysterical VWM. Pardon me while I ROFLMAO before I sympathize. The RiverBelle group has some of the strangest and most irritating SNAFUs of any MG casino.

I had the exact same problem with a Bell Rock casino..... I got an email promotion that they would match my bonus up to $75.00. So, I deposit $75.00... then I get emails stating, since I didn't deposit the $50.00- I was declined the bonus... WHAT???? I deposited $75... SO I called, CS said they would fix it.... then what happens???? Same stupid email... declined because I didn't deposit $50.00- We went round and round for 3 days. Finally, I was fed-up- emailed them a nasty email and low and behold, the bonus showed up within the hour.
Needless to say, I played out my deposit and bonus.... and uninstalled the casino.....

I got a cd from these guys last month for a free $25.00. It never got credited,
and I never got an email back, so I deinstalled and never deposited. If they cant honur their own promotions, whats the point.

You can cashout at any time, losing the remaining bonus.

Most MG groups allow you to cashout Clearplay/eZ bonuses without completing the playthrough. The groups that require playthrough are Fortune Lounge, Casino Profit Share/Casino Action, Villento, and Grand Monaco (GM may have changed rules since acquired by CS).
