I had the exact same problem with a Bell Rock casino..... I got an email promotion that they would match my bonus up to $75.00. So, I deposit $75.00... then I get emails stating, since I didn't deposit the $50.00- I was declined the bonus... WHAT???? I deposited $75... SO I called, CS said they would fix it.... then what happens???? Same stupid email... declined because I didn't deposit $50.00- We went round and round for 3 days. Finally, I was fed-up- emailed them a nasty email and low and behold, the bonus showed up within the hour.
Needless to say, I played out my deposit and bonus.... and uninstalled the casino..... |

so does one have to play through the entire bonus before withdrawing at Bellerock? I could call them, but I suspect I have a better chance of getting an accurate answer here.
