Vegas Poker Casino locked my 5175$ winnings!

I played World Cup slot 75$ a spin at Vegas Poker casino and i won 5k. I was really happy that moment. But later they locked my account. I didn't receive any email. Now i read this thread and people all over the world (France,Uk,Norway,US) complain that the same story happened to them when they played this group of casinos. And many of them won much much less than me. What will happen to my 5175$ winnings now when it is a problem for these casinos to pay even 200$ winnings? I am really worried. Anybody can help?

P.S. I made a mistake- it is not Vegas Poker casino it is Vegas Slot casino. But i think they are one, they belong to same group.

My Vegas Slot account is still locked! I sent an email to the casino asking for the reason why they locked my 5175 dollar. No reply. Now they promised at this forum to reopen the accounts but mine is still closed.

I have just received a reply from casino. They are not going to open my account with 5175 dollar in it. So here ,at the forum, their representative says one thing for the public and in private emails the casino says the opposite. May be that is because i won too much. They will now pay 100 and 200 dollar winnings to some players just to keep situation quiet and they are not going to pay out the big winnings like mine. I have just sent an email to Ecogra. This casino lies all the time!

Obviously they need "more pressure from the gaming community" to get this sorted. Looking at their terms, there is no reason why a player from Turkey, registering and depositing in US$, playing slots ONLY with the bonus, and clearly in this case seeking to withdraw D+2xB. The only possibility is failing to meet the D+25xB WR stated, or giving misleading details upon registration.

Perhaps World Cup Mania is a "form of table poker", I rarely play that game - could have sworn it was a slot

If they have got you for fraud, they should say so, although will not release details of how they caught it.

Even today, the T & C at Vegas Slot seem unnecessarily confusing (or badly drafted), why can't they just say "slots & keno only", after all, EVERYTHING else in the damn casino is a variant class of the forbidden listed games - it would be a hell of a lot clearer than debating the finer points of whether "Casino War" or "Red Dog" were forms of this or that excluded class.

    Sort of off topic ...

I know you made a mistake in your original post when you posted that Vegas Poker locked your account and that you had actually played at Vegas Slots, however I checked out Vegas Poker Casino anyways and it looks like it is indeed a mini-vegas Casino. http://www.vegaspokercasino.com/about/default.asp Checking the rogue list, I don't see that casino listed anywhere. Are these not the same group of casinos? Also, I think the following are also in the same group but I'm not sure: Flordita Club, Old Samurai, and Grand Venice. Anyone know if these are actually associated with this VA/minivegas? If they are, shouldn't they be added to the list?

    Edit:

Looks like Flordita Club no longer exisits
However these do look like minivegas:
    http://www.oldsamuraicasino.com/about/default.asp
    http://www.grandcasinovenice.net/about/default.asp

Should the rogued list be updated?

    Yes

MiniVegas N.V. a Curacao company, is fully licensed by the Kahnawake gaming Commission (Canada) and has given all right to use the license to OLD SAMURAI CASINO.

Our Financial transactions are managed by Europe Betting Limited, London, United Kingdom.
One of OLD SAMURAI CASINO's highest priorities is security.

Not quite sure what the hell is going on, the MAIN Mini-Vegas website seems to have nothing about these three, yet they don't hide the fact when you look at the "about us" at Old Samurai".

I have found it easy to find though, the URL's tend to be just the name, or with "casino" added. Often google will bring up the sites too.
Until this set of complaints, I had not heard of this one, and was unsure who ran Floridita club I am not certain why they are not on the official list in the rogues gallery, perhaps they are targeted at a narrow market outside the main ones of US (as was) and Europe.

The casinos you listed are MiniVegas, but not Vegas Affiliates. The rogue actions are tied to the casino ownership, not the affiliate ownership, so I expect that they should be added.

That's my understanding too. 10 of them in the group, plus poker rooms
    Vegas Poker * and
    Colosseum Poker. *
    • Colosseum
    • Flordita Club *
    • Grand Hotel
    • Grand Venice *
    • Old Samurai *
    • Royal Plaza
    • Vegas 7
    • Vegas Country
    • Vegas Joker
    • Vegas Slot

So I *'ed the ones not on the rogue list, and I may be missing others. The other three on the list and poker rooms aren't included in their Vegas Affiliates program, but are owned by miniVegas NV.

Vegas Poker Casino looks like an actual casino to me, not a poker room.
