No answer from PlayTech player inquiry

i filled a player inquiry in playtech.com,they do not answer for a month
i am looking for an email to go around the players inquiry,to contact playtech support direct.
am i naive ?
or its passable to do so ?

I sent them an email probably about .....mmmmm dunno 6 months ago?

I believe it was regarding who CD poker treated me like shit... Never got an answer on that...
