    Online Casino: I'm banned and can't reach them..can you?

    Hey folks, following aka23's recommendations, I started looking at collecting cashable bonuses.

    Seeing that I increased a $70 deposit to a healthy sum recently at another Playtech property (and cashed out) I thought onlinecasino's (yeah, great name...) with a 300% cashable bonus would be great!

    Alas, upon registering a real money acct today, it was locked before I had a chance to deposit. The response from CS is
    "Licensing obligations limit the use of this software to specific regions;
    As a result, we cannot accept casino registrations from your Province
    of residence. Unfortunately, you are not permitted to play on our casinos."

    I live in Quebec,Canada and this casino is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (same province).

    They offer 2 toll free numbers to call, but I couldn't connect to either one of them. Can someone from the US or elsewhere call onlineCasino to inquire?

    Hi all,

    I emailed CasinoOnline about their stance on my province of Quebec being ruled out, and asked about their toll free numbers being down. I did take due diligence to read the T&C, but I must have missed the part about my province being restricted. I would understand US, but a Canadian province? Anyway, here's what went down.
