I thought Mansion had already answered the complaint (they said the game played according to the rules and no refund would be issued). Is there anything left for them to do besides fixing the graphics and giving the player a token bonus for bringing it to their attention?

mrrickyg, you might not be a bonus whore yourself, but you got the idea to play keno and the strategy from a bonus whoring thread. Those guys won't stop until they take a casino for every dime they can squeeze out of it and the bonuses are ruined for everyone else. Be more careful next time and don't expect them to look out after you.
