They're selling source code for $5-10K, and I took a look at their site. One of their press releases says the following:
The winning rate in fun mode play is different from that of real money mode.
In real money mode, you can control the winning rate of each game.
I don't like the first sentence. I don't know if the second one means the games are non-random, but it makes me suspicious.

Also their software will make your eyeballs bleed. If you check out their VP Deuces Wild - the deuces aren't even marked as wild cards. Horrible, horrible graphics.

I tried in fun mode just to see it (you do not need to register)
The VP browser client is not that bad actually. But I agree the dueces
should be marked. However when a duece substitute I do like effect where
it changes between a duece and the excact card it substitutes for. I have not seen that before and it is a good idea.

The paytable sucks and it is documented the software is rigged... So yes,
listen to Vortran and stay away.

It is very likely that the guy behind this operation is a well-known scam artist.

That paytable in Jacks or Better is really bead except for the Royal Flush at 5000 (no good if it is rigged though).
