Fortune room - more of a rant than complaint

I had signed up at FortuneRoom, part of the Fortune lounge group about 2 weeks ago, and played the "1000% bonus makeover" promotion. They give you $50 in a bonus account, and you play it, trying to reach the maximum of $500. For every $1, your bonus goes up by 1%. IE: You make it up to $500, you get a 500% bonus on your deposit. The least you could get is 100%.


But anyways, the issue lies in an email I recieved yesterday - well past the time I signed up at their casino.

This email was offering the EXACT SAME PROMOTION.

"Dear xxxx, 1000 Percent Makeover

They know good and well I've already taken place in this promotion. I emailed them telling them this, and mentioned they'd love for me to sign up again so they could take any and all winnings from me if I did so.

Here's where the main problem comes in. They LIED to me, and said that it was an affiliate that sent this mail to me. Therefore they wouldn't know I had an account there already. If it wasn't for this, I would have just swept it under the rug.

So what she's saying is I could open up another account and play the same promotion? She was replying to my pointing out that they'd seize my winnings if I signed up and claimed this promotion again.

That mail was sent out by affiliates and they are not aware if you have an account or not.

Right at the top of the original email was:

This communication was brought to you by Fortune Lounge as advertised.

The fact that fortune-promotions.net and fortunelounge.com are registered to two different companies, but yet share the same physical snail mail address shows that it indeed came directly from FL.

C'mon FL....why lie?

An odour of Bovine excrement hangs in the air yet again. If this is the "affiliate" based in Belize at Driftwood Bay, then Fortune Lounge also send their own internal mailers from Driftwood Bay. The addresses are within 11 numbers of each other, and I suspect that the "affiliate" is actually a subsidiary company of the Fortune Lounge group. The "other" Driftwood bay affiliate is the serial spammer that Fortune longe cant seem to get to grips with, despite the fact they are located 11 units away in the industrial park!

Under NO circumstances is it permitted to open ANOTHER account at Fortune Room to get another go, ignore the mailer and try the "bottomless bonus" at Vegas Palms if you do not already have an account there.

Failing that, simply do not deposit for a month or two, and they will send you an invite for another bonus!

The address for internal Fortune Lounge mailers is:-

Fortune Room, 1934 Driftwood Bay, Belize City, Belize

The serial spammer is at 1943 Driftwood Bay, Belize City, Belize

If both came from the 1934 address, then it was Fortune Lounge themselves that sent them, and they cannot blame an affiliate for the error.

Next week will see a small bonus of $25 or $50

Ignoring this will see the triple bonus version of the newsletter, which gives a 30% or 20% bonus of around $100, and if the first is used, the offer is repeated for two further weeks.

In this case, it is technical issues, I can't persuade the damn casinos to drink at the upgrade well! As the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink! I have the same trouble with MG, I can leave them logged on for hours but they will not start taking on the new games. If I attempt to play without them the software goes very "sticky", and gameplay is tedium in the extreme.
The only way I have been able to upgrade most MG is to sit at my PC and force feed the new games one by one by double clicking on them in turn. This still takes half an hour per casino!
