    Gee, I think the facts ARE in and spoke for themself. I'm also greatly relieved and impressed by all of the collective knowledge between the forum members. You can educate me any time you want.

    You sure did read a lot into my words. My attitude? Gee, I love the way people can play with words. Somebody tells you something false, and when you call them on it, refuses to back down. WOW, that's waaaaayyyy out of line. That's the way the world is today, though. I didn't intentionally lie to or mislead him or her! We just had a "little misunderstanding." Please, spare me.

    As far as some of my language, yes, I was out of line and it won't happen again. As far as being condescending towards every other single member of this forum besides yourself, are you sure you spoke for each and every last one of them? Don't think your attitude is the greatest in the world, either.

    It's unfortunate that not everyone can be as perfect and immune from error as you yourself must be. There's certainly little excuse for errors from online casino Live Chat representatives - well known as a competitive, dynamic and above all highly paid industry. I admit it concerns me greatly - if we can't even rely on first-level online casino support, what is next? I fear for society. And the children, will someone please think of the children!?

    Anyway, I do wish you all the best with your online casino endeavours. Actually, I think I can help here. I get the feeling that it's not so much the 'playing' or 'gambling' you enjoy, as the 'complaining'. This is an area not overly explored by most establishments, but I did hear that Black Widow casino is known to specialise in it. Give them a try, I think you'll find they offer hours of entertainment.

    Absolutely agree! BTW, the same story happened to me at Nostalgia a while ago, of course not so dramatical, they fixed the error right away after I spoke to CS in Live-Chat. But I can understand the frustration of a player to spend so much time and efforts trying to get his deposit back, although he was 'innocent' and didn't take that damned bonus. That's exactly why I try to avoid bonuses like the plaque!
