Bet Royal Cashout Problems

I've been awaiting a cashout from Bet Royal for around a month for over 2k. What has happened since then is I was told by "Sean" that Neteller has not processed around 400k in deposits there so Bet Royal isn't able to pay anyone else yet.

So don't expect to get paid from Bet Royal anytime soon. I'll let everyone know when they pay me so other people will be able to deposit and be able to get paid also.

But is your fault 100%.

I would like to know what made you open an account with them.

What do you look in a casino in order to join them??

Its amazing, people should be educated on how to spot honest operations.

My advise to you: Flush it down the toilet.. forget you ever played there and if you like their software try some other playtech guys listed in the Meister's accredited casinos.

That's a load of C***. They are probably broke and are making this up. Deposits from Neteller are instant, and only get credited to the casino when Neteller provide the transaction reference. If YOUR deposit went OK, this would further indicate this as being an excuse. Neteller might be able to look at this if you have that excuse in writing, as this could be libel directed at Neteller, as it indicates they are not creditworthy and owe this group some 400K. See if you can "trick" Sean into putting that in an E-mail.

Why aren't they only the rougue list for other reason here or anywhere else for that matter? People calling me to harass me and say "Hey man we're gonna get you" doesn't really bother me. Not giving me my money is totally different and irks me to no end.

I've never heard of an instance where they've outright not paid. They just slow play big time. Be persistent, you'll get your money.

Luckily I happen to know very well the Overall Poker Manager of the IPN who oversees the Poker Tourneys etc that are run on the IPN Network. I will direct him to this thread. He may require more information - I will be happy to put Bryan in touch with him and any and all info on your account with Bet Royal you can provide to Bryan.

I am pretty confident you will get your money as a result.

Try requesting the cashout via Western Union, in chunks of 800-1k. When I played poker there, I got my cashout via Western Union in less than one day. Beware, they have some rules for this that can make you wait a day or two (most notably the time of day that you call to request it), so check first and be sure you do it correctly.

I'd never play there again, their CS people are retarded... and because they banned me for no reason after I cashed out.

My advice is to chalk this up to experience. If you are persistant, continue to say that you are waiting to redeposit you have a slim chance of getting paid.

Something really traumatizing must have happened to you with them.

We all know they work in the most awful way possible.

However, my advise will be to stop doing that ... for me it seems that you have given your point several times.
