    Danger @ CasinoForAces

Good luck @ trying to get paid @ CasinoForAces. I made a $600 deposit and won $2,500 playing BlackJack. After receiving verbal and written confirmation 6 months ago I have yet to receive 1 single cent of my righteous winnings. Every time I call they pass me off to a managers email address (Chris O’riely) and state there’s a “technical problem”.

In every email I receive they state I’ll be paid but at this point I highly doubt it , they’re planning on stealing my money. Even after I sent them copies of my mom’s hospital bills to show them how hard up I was for cash they still didn’t offer to pay me. If anyone out there is listening, DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY @ CASINFORACES. IT’S NOT WORTH IT. If you lose then you your money is gone. If you win, then………..????????? It's an outrage that they feel that they can steal from honest people with impunity.

Below are some copies of the email correspondence.

Dear Sirs/<Madam, It has been almost four months now since I've recieved an email confirming my winnings and still I've yet to be paid. Despite numerous calls, emails and letters with documentation regarding my financial plight your casino has refused to honor its financial obligation to paying me. Even though I won and am in dire straits you refuse to pay me after FOUR months. You excepted my money in good faith, yet you will not honor my winnings.

I am giving you another 2 weeks. If I do not recieve my winnings by Friday June 16th 2006 (6/06/06) I am going to, in addition to pursuing every possible legal recourse, post DAILY on every casino watchdog Website (Casino Meister, Winners Online etc.) and display copies of each email you sent me stating that I have won and will be paid. I will continue to post and repost until my keyboard stops working. I will send out mass emails and speak to any and everyone who'll listen to me.The $2,500 in righteous winnings you refuse to pay me will result in tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenue.

Thank you for your response Cory. Is there anyway that you can credit my winnings to my Firepay account or maybe make a $1,500 and $1,000 payment? I really need the money desperately. Thank you in advance.

B*lls*** casino excuse, but wrong section

This should be in the complaints section, but no way does it take months to solve a simple technical problem. A good business would take this issue out of the system and make a manual credit long before it got this far. Naturally, this costs more, and is more trouble, but the only "technical reason" I can think of is a lack of funds to make this payment. Other than this, they are stalling because they believe there is a "problem" with your account. Clearly, your patience has worn thin!

See if there is a rep here, any casino can open a rep account, accredited right through to the rogues; the purpose being to give the casino an opportunity to address issues outside of the normal CS systems.

I have done so. I did it about two weeks ago and haven't heard back.
