WARNING river belle banking server problem

river belle has just informed me my payment has been delayed because they are having problems with their banking server, but hey you can still deposit!

so looks like the pipe going in is okay but the pipe coming out is blocked

of all the BS excuses this one is the best yet, these guys have been jerking me around for 3 days now, first it was you did not meet the WR, when I pointed out I busted out, they said no dB does not show zero balance, gave them session and transaction number where I did hit zero, so next excuse we can't refund to NEteller as you did not deposit from there, er no I used my VISA card and your site says you do not refund back to VISA but will 'gladly' refund back to NETeller... and it goes on

Hope it gets worked out before the weekend for you Let. I like Belle Rock but it always does take too long to get paid . Even to a webwallet like Click2pay it takes 5 days .

Hmm that doesn't make sense. LiR's problem aside, they have a 24 hour reverse and 7 day cashout processing so it should be 2 days max. Something I'm missing?

Nope . I have had some nice cashouts there but every single time it has taken 5 days . Once they told me my cashout went through ..I had even called and they confirmed along with email but when a cashout made AFTER that one made it to Click2pay first . They acknowledged they had made a mistake and had never actually sent it through . Just call them as sometimes emails aren't answered right away either . They always do pay though .

I have heard this banking excuse before from them when I was waiting for my pay out. It's a bunch of Bulls-t. If they can take money in they should be able to pay it out. It took me 10 days or more to get my money.

so yesterday I was promised for the 2nd time I would be paid within 24 hours, had a look at cash check today and cashout still says 'work in progress'

just been on to online chat, asked my question and after 5 minutes of waiting got 'NOT CONNECTED' since then chat has been busy!

I would just like to ask one question why why why do some casinos do this, make false promises, delay payouts, use BS excuses, why!

I see I am not ALONE. I've been waiting since 2/11/07 for ACH payment and now I told possibly in my no later 3/21/07. If I receive payment at this rate that means 1 1/2 months to receive an ACH after many lies and "meanings of thier terms" - see my other posts about River Belle. I hope you have better luck than I am having with this casino. All awhile River Belle is allowed to continue to post payment terms of 3-5 business days for ACH. Where is eCogra?
