    Quite.

We have enough trouble with BelleRock without seeing this and thinking it is recent. It got me going because I had some trouble with the BelleRock website asking me to "log on" with Username, Password, and Domain WTF!

I had no idea what this was about, but seeing this thread made me think it was down to the banking server playing up and spreading to the webserver. Except it turns out this thread is 8 months old

    Charles,
If this has gone on for more than 14 days, which seems the case, complain to eCogra. I had problems with a "banking foulup" at Jackpot Factory, and once I resorted to complaining to eCogra rather than endlessly complaining to support, something got done about it, and the real problem was finally identified, showing what a stack of BS I had been fed through CS.
If RiverBelle accept they owe the money, they must pay. If the can't, eCogra will cut through the BS and tell you why.

Full Sails - before we get raided ourselves.

I get on my hands and knees if it only took 5 days. Right now I am at 23 days with no end in site and no REAL confirmation.

    Thank you

I would just like to ask one question why why why do some casinos do this, make false promises, delay payouts, use BS excuses, why!

Mine Sentiments Exactly - AGAIN - Where is eCOGRA? We pick these casinos because they are suppose to be reputable. We rely on that seal of "approval". I am not waiting 23
days with no end in site. I am told by 3/21/07. I cashed out 2/11/07. Do you think I would have played there if I knew it would take 1 1/2 months to get paid? How can these casinos continue to false advertise thier payout terms on their web sites and bring in more unsuspecting players. Where is truthful advertising terms as stated by eCOGRA? This is wrong and where are our regulatory agents? Hello.......Hello are you out there?

Missing is the $8,000.00 from my checking that was cashed out on 02/11/07. I was told 3-5 business days from 2/11/07....... now 3 ACH promise dates and 2 ACH transaction numbers later I am told up to 21 BUSINESS days from the 20th which was the 3rd ACH date. Let it be known never has my bank rejected an ACH I was just mis-informed all these dates from River Belle. Now they are playing the WORD game! I need a liason from goverment of Gibraltar to decipher words and numbers for that matter. Wow IF I get my money by 3/21/07 it would have taken ONLY 1 1/2 months to get paid. However today is only the 23rdday and still waiting.................

As per the emails listed River Belle acknowledges they owe the money. I have filed with eCogra but they are requesting I be patient. I am trying but today is the 23day and still waiting. I am now told no later 3/21/07 to receive the money.

I would love it if there would be a system where casino has to pay a small fine, or even give a $1 to charity per each broken promise. World would be a better place.

Riverbelle seems to be one of the slower paying Microgaming casinos. They always take their time when processing cash outs, even for old customers. That's an obvious downside.. I guess they save a lot of money for slower cash outs.

    Try this.

Take the date of the last promise, and wait at least 14 days after eCogra asked you to "be patient".
Post NOTHING more on this subject for now.

On the 22nd March, check your account. You can post whether or not the money is there, but nothing derogatory.

    If no money;
Contact eCogra again, pointing out that the latest promise has not been met, and that you have now been patient for nearly 40 days and have seen absolutely no progress. Politely ask that they deal with BelleRock on your behalf in order to get this payment made as you are clearly having no success yourself.
This is likely to get eCogra on "your side" from the outset, rather than them thinking you to be an "impatient nuisance".
You could also ask eCogra to investigate why your case has been "so exceptionally difficult", as the norm, stated on the BelleRock website, is "3 -5 days".

    Hey VinylWeatherman,

Thank you for the great advice. However, I think all of our questions now and in the near future regarding payouts were answered by BelleRock. See the other thread. This is very sad. I just wish they would have told me this from the get go instead of giving me contradicting email after email and making me even more aggravated.

    Thank You
    Charles
