Bet365 closed my account with $3000

I have almost $3000 in my account at Bet365. Yesrterday I tried to login the casino, but got a message, it's closed, contact support.

When I wrote to them and asked whats happening with my account, they replied:
"Please be advised your account has been suspended temporarily following
an investigation by our Network Casino Security Department.
Unfortunately, we can offer no further details at this time."

Who gave them the right to close my account and keep my money? Even if they close an account, why don't they send an email in advance and inform the player what's the matter exactly? It's extremly rude, that they just close an account and do not inform, and the player has to worry and write to the support, what's happening.

They do not even reply to my emails properly, just repeated this bulls*** about the Casino Security Department. It's non of my business. I am a customer, and the security is their business.

It's very sad, that a company, like Bet365, which is famous and respected, behaves like this. That's why I cannot trust in the things on the net, I prefer live casinos.

I hope I'll get back my money. Any suggestion, what can I do?

caruso seems to be zero at this point
They're not robbing you. However, to not give a timescale is unacceptable.

The fact that Bet365 is a UK bookie should theoretically give a lot of backup. In practice, such things remain to be seen.

Give them until Monday maybe, and if they're still BSing you, let us know.

Still locked

The problem not only, thay close the account, they do not inform the customer, what's happening. This is not acceptable at all. This is a famous bookmaker from the UK, I am sure there is office which checks how do they function. I'd like to contact with somebody who can help, because these bastards do not know how to behave.

hi there, first of all dont stress although i know its hard not to given the amout of money involved, Bet365 is a trustworthy Uk highstreet bookmaker, they are no rogues so you will your money.

although it is getting worrying that quite a few Uk outfits are giving some people this treatment especially non-uk nationals.

a possible route to try and get this resolved is to use the IBAS details i have posted in the sportsbook section here.

Nothing happened, the account is still locked. I am getting the same nonsense emails from the support. "They forwarded", "currently working" etc. But these bastards cannot tell me, what is the matter. I also do not believe, if there is a problem, then a such big company cannot solve it within few hours.
What can I do now?

although i have never had any problems cashing out with B365 and i know they advertise themselves as a BRITISH outfit, i have never seen a B365 bookmakers in the high street - i really dont think they have any high street shops

just on a plus side - when i first downloaded their poker software, i entered the weekly $5K freeroll and came 2nd which was about $600 (without making any deposit ) - the next night i entered the $100k (it was $50k at the time) and finished 8th which paid $1800 - after playing around in their crappy casino, i still had around $2000 in my account

i had no debit/credit card registered to the account - all they had was my name and address - i wanted to cashout so i sent them an email with my bank account details requesting the withdrawal and the funds were in my account within 2 days!!!!!!!

that was NO ID and NO CARD REGISTERED to the account
