Question Re: Bonus Terms, No Complaint

I play at several RTG and Microgaming casinos. I use bonus codes offered quite often and have recently used a coupon at an RTG casino and met the playthrough requirements. I have a withdrawable balance after meeting playthrough but am not ready to make a withdrawal request. I would like to play some table games and these are restricted under the bonus terms but they have said (live chat); that since I have met playthrough, I can now play anything I like, including previously restricted games. Does this sound right?

I don't want to jeopardize any future withdrawal request because I played a little blackjack AFTER meeting playthrough. Has anyone experienced declined withdrawals or void winnings after bonus terms were met when they played previously restricted games?

Well I would be extremely careful doing that, if I was you. At least have them send you an e-mail, saying that you're free to play anything you want with the money.
There has been quite a few cases re this, and to be honest, I would NOT risk it....(Then again, I have trouble trusting RTG casinos in general).
I would withdraw, and then redeposit, if I was you.

I agree with LaHutti. Especially with the climate these days at so many online casinos.

Not worth taking the chance. Withdraw and redeposit.

I had same situation once, went to chat, he told me I could carry on and play anything I liked.

When I tried to withdraw was initially refused because I'd played disallowed games, even though I met the playthru. They did cash me out after I explained I'd spoken with Chat Guy, but there ya go

Definitely safer to withdraw, and redeposit. Grats on your win!

Casinos would prefer that you withdraw and redeposit, thus incurring fees on their end. They would prefer this because they are not intelligent.

Thanks for your response; I resisted temptation and stuck to slot play this time and ended up playing it all to zero, but had fun doing it.

Thanks for the help; I stayed away from the restricted games. There was something about the live chat that made me a little uneasy. It wasn't a huge win and I ended up frittering it away on slot play in any case.

At least you had fun doing it though That's what counts!

I never have the discipline to withdraw while I'm ahead and I usually don't regret it because I had fun.
