    Marvel jackpot win on hold.

I have won a marvel jackpot on europa casino,Not huge just £363,13 taking my balance to £458 but they say they will not pay it out as I won it after getting a bonus.

I got a £10 bonus and wager had been completed.

I then played on and won the marvel jack pot, only to be told I cant withdraw it

But I have been informed (elsewhere) that because it is an independent pool of funds, that it should be paid, as the casino will be paid out from marvel it is not coming from the casino themselves.

So in effect they will be lining there pockets from my win?

Anyone who can help me would be much appreciated.

Hi, you've now posted about this twice , KasinoKing has offered you up advice in your intro thread.
If this had been a casino on the accredited list (which it isnt)...it would depend on what the terms and conditions of the bonus you took were.

This boils down to either of two options......

1). Playing slots that carry jackpots are not allowed with the proceeds of a NDB.

    2). They are.

To save time, go check the T&C`s regarding bonuses, if you are within the rules then you have a good case, i`m not sure that filing a PAB here will help as they`re not on the accredited list, do they belong to any fair play organization that could look at your case for you?.

In my experience the smaller jackpots are usually paid directly by the casino in question, with only the large progrerssive jackpots coming from a central pool, so if it's only a few hundred then likely coming stright from the casino.

Was this a free $10 bonus, or a bonus linked with a deposit. If it was the former, then sadly they will simply quote this rule:

    13. Free Bonuses: Players can withdraw a maximum/minimum of $100 in winnings.
(from http://www.europacasino.com/bonus_terms.html#upto100) wow... even the url says 'up to 100'....

If you want more help advice via PM and nobody else is yet, ping me and I'd be happy to offer any advice I can.

From what they have said on live chat I can keep the win but only withdraw a maximum or £100 per month.

I dont know what this means as the minimum cashout is £100 anyway, so why bother playing for the next 4 months?

    Seems a bit silly really.

its a max of $100 because is a non deposite bonus
in 99% of the cases in any casino (acredited included) you have a max cashout on it
