Im know People shoud read terms before starts play But somtimes casinos have strange terms and conditions and is easy break it. Cant use gambaling options(red - black) - hm ok im can understand - But Cant use Autoplay Options - This is already a big trap - Why they dont accepts Autoplay In Casino Rewards Group in Freepay Promotions? becose they know if somone do deposit 20 $ get 100$ and have a little luck must wager 3000$ so a lot person try do this using this options autoplay becose this is big wager and this options is very helpful - IM Cant see other reason - So be cerful abaut this. many months now, since october 2011,I can,t claimed my vip rewards points! they suspended it, because the reason was then,that I had more bonuses then I deposit!
so they say to me,you must make a few deposits without bonus and then the suspended go lifted.
few months later now,and many deposits without bonus,still can,t have my vippoints! I have now about 200 euro vip rewards points by different casinos from this group!
every time when I on chat with online support,they say, you must deposit again and again,and then maybe you can have your vippoints! yeah right!
my deposits are now the same as the recieve bonuses,and still it is suspended! very bad online support also. very rude. It seems like criminal this casinogroup! every month,every time ,when I go on online support there,they say the same:We simply ask that you continue to demonstrate an intention to play, deposit & wager at the casino in accordance with the Casino’s promotional Terms and Conditions and your entitlement to redeem points will be replaced. I don,t know what to do now,I want my rewards points. this is not normal anymore what happend there. deposit now in total 1590 euro,and received 1590 euro bonuses. but still can,t have my rewards points.

Yours is, unfortunately, a common problem at this group of casinos. When they shut out USA players I still had bonus and comp points locked up in that stupid 'rewards' section. (Note: unless they've changed it, a player's comp points are also locked away in this 'rewards' black hole.)

The primary problem with the 'carrot' (i.e.: make a few deposits without a bonus and we'll open it for you) is that they will NOT tell you how much you need to deposit to free your 'rewards'. Why is it such a secret?? Also... after several bonus free deposits (actually, I rarely took a bonus anyway, but apparently hadn't lost enough to suit them) they still would not unlock my (sc)'rewards'. I quit playing there years ago for that very reason.

and i am not playing there too because of some others ridiculous T&C´s that they have

but IMO if you had read all the T&C´s some of the problems that you got could be avoided

The bonus offer by many casino s is just to attract number of bettor to their casinos. So if any one new to betting and want to bet, he or she should first understand all the terms and condition of the casino. Mostly these bonus offers are just to trap more new bettor to the casinos.
