minimum deposits to receive bonus not stated in terms and conditions

I have an account with jackpot city which i have been playing with for years. Usually no complaints. I got a 50% bonus match and i checked to see what the minimum deposit was but it just said what ever it was in my currency which is USD on this particular account. They recently changed the minimum deposit to 10 instead of 20 which is great and this time i deposited 16. When i didnt receive my bonus i contacted live chat and support told me minimum deposit was 20. On previous bonus matches it clearly states that in terms and conditions yet this time it didn't as stated above. I told them that but they said no its 20 like I'm magically supposed to know that when the minimum deposit is 10 in banking. I think they should have clearly stated the minimum deposit to get bonus match and having not done so they should honour my 16 with a 50% bonus match.

could casinomeister please help.

P.S. also played a quartz tournament which was free but bought two continues and came in 8th. This was on Saturday afternoon and when i didnt get paid out i asked support and they said they are on holidays and it will get processed on Tuesday which is more like Wednesday my time. Seriously not happy.

well i checked thoroughly the terms and conditions and it did not state 20 but in the past it had. I just assumed that they may have changed it. Its so annoying that you basically have to check with live chat every time or get burned.

I've found with some casinos that the lowest deposit you might make is $10 however if your'll after one of their bonuses, the usual minimum deposit is $20.00. Your'll right they should make that more clear because on quite a few it isn't. And in the last few months I think I've deposited in like 30 new casinos. On the hunt for a new favorite one ya know
