Usually the download and instant casinos of the same website share the same account and login so even if the flash was played its still the same account and as long as no bonus was claimed then no term violation has occured. I struggled to get paid by Getminted recently and was going to post here but they paid eventually. I did wonder if they were in difficulty.

You think they could be in financial difficulties furbert?

Have there been other cases of people committing Bonus Abuse without being given a bonus??

I did wonder if they were in trouble because their excuses not to pay me seemed strange. But they paid me fine after a few weeks so I really cant say. Bonus abuse with no bonus? Even in casino land I have not heard that anywhere except on this thread!

Since your question has been avoided twice, I think we can conclude that you are on the right track.

Hi Njack...maybe you missed my question? Do you have two separate accounts ie. one for flash, and one for d/l? Or just the one account/login, as the previous poster mentioned?

I agree that the login could probably be shared on both versions...but I'm also assuming the software allows you to open a separate account for each. In other words, if the OP already had a flash account login, I don't believe that the d/l version would block him from opening a new account...not if it works like MG, or like MG used to...not sure anymore. But I know many years ago, before I knew better, I mistakenly opened both flash and d/l accounts at a couple of MG casinos.

Whether or not he took a bonus is irrelevant, if he did indeed have an account at each version of the casino....as this is explicitly forbidden in the terms, as I highlighted in my post. While it may seem silly if no bonus is taken....it's clearly visible in the T&C's. Why the casino would claim bonus abuse, I have no idea. Maybe it is as Bryan said, and nothing more than a CS rep who mistakenly used the wrong term.

I have zero personal experience with this casino, being in Canada....but others seem to think they are quite reputable...and as previously mentioned, WW/IGT casinos have next to no complaints registered against them.

I answered it, and then I answered it again ! I have only one account here. I didn't accept a bonus regardless, so how did I abuse a bonus? Can you think of a way I which I could do this? I cannot. And they will not tell me.

Do you mind quitting the 'bonus abuser' argument? If there were no bonuses involved the casino cannot deny your winnings accusing you of such. Yep, they may have used a wrong term but that does not put you in the clear. If the casino cannot offer another reason to confiscate your winnings they need to pay up.
