Hi Njack...maybe you missed my question? Do you have two separate accounts ie. one for flash, and one for d/l? Or just the one account/login, as the previous poster mentioned?
I agree that the login could probably be shared on both versions...but I'm also assuming the software allows you to open a separate account for each. In other words, if the
OP already had a flash account login, I don't believe that the d/l version would block him from opening a new account...not if it works like
MG, or like
MG used to...not sure anymore. But I know many years ago, before I knew better, I mistakenly opened both flash and d/l accounts at a couple of
MG casinos.
Whether or not he took a bonus is irrelevant, if he did indeed have an account at each version of the casino....as this is explicitly forbidden in the terms, as I highlighted in my post. While it may seem silly if no bonus is taken....it's clearly visible in the T&C's. Why the casino would claim bonus abuse, I have no idea. Maybe it is as Bryan said, and nothing more than a CS rep who mistakenly used the wrong term.
I have zero personal experience with this casino, being in Canada....but others seem to think they are quite reputable...and as previously mentioned, WW/IGT casinos have next to no complaints registered against them.
