Not a big problem really, but i really hate casinos that offer bonuses and then comes up with hidden requirements. As it is a waste of time and effort. Anyways, i signed up with Paddy Power today seing that casinomeister had a deal with them that gives you 5eur on signup. Having read the TOS that says all customers who registers a new account is entitled to the bonus, i contact live support when i dont recive it instantly as they stated.

The customer support basicly denies that this promo exists, and tells me they got one 5NDB offer going, which is open only to UK and Irish customers, linking to this offer. https://casino.paddypower.com/promot...rms#conditions

I saw the same link, registered and did not receive the promo nd bonus. Sent a PM to the rep to see if it works out. No big deal, only 5 Euro, but
usually should be there according to their announcement.

Kinda pissed of at them now, found out today their new 5 free banners script was redirecting, causing blank pages, and worst of all not for me just for some visitors, so I didn't even know about it till someone told me. So it has been trashing my traffic since I posted it

Hi there, this is not the case. I've been playing with PP for years, and this may be the first time I didn't qualify for a bonus.
I've claimed many deposit bonuses since they switched to Playtech.

They are one of the best casinos out there, always fair and always really quick to pay!

In relation to the sign up offer, it is limited to UK and Irish customers only for two reasons: 1. This is where the majority of our target market is and 2. to limit risk. Hi there. I'm sure Denise will be able to shed some light on this. She's always been more than helpful when I've had the pleasure of talking to her (if she is indeed the Denise from PP games).

In my experience I qualify for most if not all offers at PP.
