Betcave decides not to pay because of "irregular play" which has not happened

    Hi

I played at this rival casino some weeks ago. After winning on a deposit bonus of deposit 100€ get 777€ of bonus, my account was locked. It took me 3 weeks to get an answer.
I did not place even 5% of the value of the bonus credited to my account. I just played slots and met the playtrough of 96.8x deposit and bonus. The bonus even had a max withdrawal of 3x bonus, which is the sum i withdrew. I hope this decision can be affected. Kasinoking has tried to help me a bit, but so far nothing has happened, and the deposit also remains in the casino even though they state otherwise.
It is not funny that they wanna refund me my 100€ deposit, but previous deposits, when i have lost they just are keeping.

I know it is my own fault to play on a rival casino, but i like the software and every rival casino has always paid my winnings up until now.

"I am sorry to inform you that your withdrawal has been denied due to having irregular play on your account.

The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. 'Irregular play' includes but is not limited to the following types of play: Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met.

Your 100 deposit will be returned to your Neteller account.

This decision was made by management upon manual review of your account and will not be reversed.

    Sincerely,

    Bet Cave Customer Support"

    Question

Can you post the play logs? No bet over €233.10???

No double up's in the beginning and then grinding the bonus or anything close to this?

    You just played perfectly normal?

No double ups, no nothing, only slots. Bets at maximum were 37.5€ because of the hefty playtrough of nearly 100 thousand .
